8.Friends

sky thought as if my mind was not f****d up enough.now I have to handle Mr and Mrs Ryder's drama too.

“why ,why are you stopping me mother? didn't you hear what nonsense your useless son is sprouting?Linda yelled .

“oh and weren't you also there when he begged me to marry .. didn't you also begged me to become the daughter-in-law of your family .huh?" Linda added sarcastically

“linda calm down okay, it just business don't let it affect your marriage.whatever it is you talk calmly about it too right?" Julianne advised in soft voice and polite manner.

“talk thing out.huh? is this how you had your old man wrapped around your finger? "Linda taunted with mockery.

“LINDA!" “MRS.RYDER!" both Arthur and sky roared at the same time. while hearing Linda's mockery Julianne eyes were filled with unshed tears.

“what ?am I wrong?"Linda snorted

“linda ,your father-in-law was not wrapped around my fingers but instead we were in love ,and respected each other.we both Cherished our marriage. I suggest you should too.marriage doesn't work one way."Julianne stated firmly because when it came to her husband grandma would never be weak or be wrong , she would protect the dignity of her husband till her last breath.

“cherish the marriage huh?how ? should I act coy , cling onto your son? please your son?"Linda laughed with mockery.

“enough , Mrs Ryder! you can't talk to my grandma like that ."sky snapped when he finally couldn't take any more.

“you ,how can you talk to me like that .I am your mother." Linda yelled.

“do you even know , what a mother is?"sky rudely yelled back.

“ aren't I your mother ...I gave birth to you.i always give you so much business and i even found you the best girl to marry ." Linda said

“but you useless brat rejected her .why did you do that huh?"Linda added.

“best girl! are you kidding me? you gave birth to me , aren't I already working round the clock to earn fortune for you?, and I have said it before and I am saying it one more time I WON'T GET MARRIED."sky snapped

“how can you not get married ? you are only son? and don't you understand how great your marriage with jena Watson will be for Ryder empire?"Linda was beyond furious at sky.

“ don't we already have enough business, do we have to depend on sky's marriage ?" Arthur butted in but his words made Linda even more furious.

“shut up , haven't you already done enough loss today? do you think I am not not a good mother too now?" Linda retorted to Arthur .

“if you won't fight ,go in your room and fight don't involve everyone in your drama!" sky said through gritted teeth.

“is this how you pay us filial piety?"Linda snapped clearly not wanting to give up.

“ haven't I already paid enough ? aren't you already THE GREAT MRS.RYDER , daughter-in-law of Ryder family because you gave birth to me ."sky snapped back his temper getting a hold of him.

“how dare you say that? you are such a bastard ,I shouldn't have given birth to you , you are such a disappointment." Linda said

“too late to regret now , isn't it? but really you should have aborted it would have been better for me to dead than being son of you people." sky replied.

“son , don't say that." Julianne pleaded to sky with teary eyes.

“ don't cry grandma ,I will take your room to rest . okay." sky coaxed his grandma while wiping few fallen tears from her cheeks using his thumbs .

“you are right , I should have aborted you . should never be a part of this family of useless people."Linda said

“how would you have turned from beggar to queen if you would have aborted " sky replied and turned around taking grandma with him and coldly laughed.

sky then went upstairs while supporting his grandma.after he settled his grandma in the room he went downstairs ,took his car keys and went out .

he drove straight towards a alcohol store and then he bought pack of 12 beers and then drove aimlessly in the dark night.

he finally found a quiet public park and decided to sit there.he took the pack of beer can and sat behind the legs of the park bench.

he sat there and started drinking while staring straight into endless dark sky .

one , two ,three, four ,five ,six ..in only 20min six cans were emptied.

sky was questioning everything.his mind was mess.so were his emotions.

he wanted to ask if the god really exist then why did he gave him this family? why did his parents doesn't love him? are every family like his? why does his father is never standing up for him? why was his mother so heartless?does giving birth to a child is end of the responsibility for a mother? does being a father only means giving a credit card to their son? what is marriage? and why in hell are his parents marriage when they are always at each other's throats? was it evil of him as a son to wish his parents to have a divorce?....four more cans down now but still no answer to any question.

then suddenly he felt a hand on his shoulder and he froze in place .who would come here at this place?..but then he heard..

“Mr. Ryder ,is that you?" he heard the voice that belongs to the only person who can bring him the warmth and peace other than his grandma.
