Sky's POV

what is wrong with me?..

why does it pisses me off whenever she is close to that guy?..

that guy is probably her boyfriend ,so why is this bothering me ?...

I don't even know them?..

I can't help but ask myself these questions .

“son what happened ,why are we leaving so suddenly?" my grandmother asks bring me out of my thoughts.

I don't know what to tell her because l don't even know myself why I just wanted to leave when I saw that guy hugging Angel. maybe I was being protected towards her as she helped my grandma before? right?

“Umm.. grandma she had a company so we shouldn't waste her time . don't you think so?”i reply to my grandma trying my best to not show my dislike towards the particular company.

“yeah, they looked close."said grandma.

“he might be her boyfriend grandma, he is the one I saw last time with her too"I informed my grandma who eagerly registers my words.

“oh really ! he looks like a sweet boy . good for them"said grandma genuinely blessing them.

“now where to grandma?"I ask her smiling.

“our task is done.Now you can drop me home and go to your work ." she says smiling proudly and giving me a thumbs up .

“nick let's drop grandma first and then head towards the Ryder empire."

“okay sir.”

after dropping grandma we head towards the Ryder empire.and then all day we are busy attending one meeting after another and in between dealing with the paperwork.

“sir ,it's time to head home now." I hear Nick from my cabin. home ! funny word to think when talking about the place where I sleep and eat.

but I can't stop him from going his home ...not everyone is like me., neither are there families like mine.

“okay , take the car out I will meet you there."

“alright sir ."

“how long will it take Nick?" I ask getting irritated from this traffic jam now.it been 25 min since we have been stuck in this traffic.

“sir ,I have asked they are saying it might long 5-10 minutes more."

I nodded to that as a way of showing my acknowledgement and then turn my face to look outside my window.

I smile, looking at her smile.

wait ! what am I thinking...

i just saw Ms.williams on the street smiling and giving the street children cakes and candies.

I can't help but adore her kind nature and innocent smile .the way she is playing with street children and giving them cakes ,candies

reminds me that there still exists humanity.

she is beautiful inside out .. just beautiful

“sir ,are you alright?"

“i am fine ."

Nick asks when he notices my frown while I spotted that guy with angel again.

they are celebrating angel's birthday ,he must be her boyfriend .that was my last thought before I close my eyes. and next think I know is getting out of the car and reaching the dining table joining my grandma and next to my room .

as I laid my tired body down on the bed, my thoughts drifted towards my incomplete conversation with Angel this afternoon.

“your Angel ,that's what she said right"I mumble smiling .but why is that guy always around her? ...aannhh this is pissing me off.

Angel's POV

why was sky throwing dagger stares at ash ? this question has kept my mind occupied throughout the day.but I still don't have any answer to that. but all this has led me to one conclusion that is -i have a crush on sky ?.

well finally I am free and I can open my gift .

I open the bag and unwrap the box inside it to find the most beautiful pendant I have ever seen.i am mesmerized by choice, the work on the pendant.

but this looks so expensive , I come out of my thoughts and check price of pendant online and this pendant is way too expensive to be a gift ,no I can't accept it .I have to return it .I will go to Ryder empire tomorrow return it to sky .yes thats what I will do.

I go to the bed to sleep at which I am miserably failing as I kept tossing and turning because I could get sky out of my mind.
