Chapter Twenty- High School

Chapter Twenty- Dax The weekend is finally here. It's upsetting that I hardly get to see Noel during the week. I've been thinking more about how Spencer keeps his boys close to him at all times. Beck, his personal chief security officer basically acts as a bodyguard that stays with him at all times. Fly is his assistant who handles everything Spencer doesn't want to do. The point is that they're always with him. When I have work, I can't see Noel at all, but maybe I could find him a position that allows him to be around me even while I'm working. Though, I'd have to exercise my self control because I'd be dying to bend him over my desk the moment he opens his mouth. Honestly, I don't think Noel would be very good at either of those. Beck is intimidating and physically strong which suits the position he got. Fly is obedient and smart which suits his position. Noel is different. He's not very intimidating, strong, obedient, or academically smart. If I use everything I know about business, I know that he's probably the worst possible person to have work for me. He's loud and can be obnoxious. He's flirty, and has no manners. He wouldn't hit it off well with clients or coworkers. I just wish I could see him more. "Master? What's wrong? You look sad." "It's nothing, baby. I just wish we could spend more time together, but I'm always at work." "I can just bring you lunch and stuff so we can steal a few minutes together. I don't have much else to do during the week, but then people might start to suspect that we're together." He offers, glancing up from his phone a few times. "I don't really mind if people see us together. I just wasn't sure if you wanted to have so much attention on you. If you're okay with that though then I'd love that." I say, coming to sit behind him and peek over his shoulder at what he's watching. "What's this?" "Flynn's Live. He plays games and people watch him. They're doing a Q&A right now though because people in the comments kept asking about why he kissed both Beck and Spencer when they got back from work." He explains, turning it up so that I can hear. He leans back against me, letting me press my cheek against his temple. "Are we all dating each other?" Flynn reads before smiling and responding. "Yes. I'm dating both of them and they're both dating each other too." Flynn scrolls through a few questions, and I hum. "He's not answering them all?" "He ignores the mean ones and inappropriate ones. Like these." He opens the comments ans shows me the ones asking about how they have s*x as well as a few calling him a slut and saying that they're all going to hell. "He doesn't let Beck read the comments because last time he did, Beck threatened to kill anyone that said anything mean about Fly." "Sounds like him." "Oh! This is a good one. How did we all end up together? Well, Beck and I were dating for a while, but then we met Spencer and we had a serious conversation about how we both had feelings for him, and we decided to try out polyamory and now here we are. We've been together for 3 years, so I'd say it works pretty well." Flynn tells everyone. I scan the screen, my eyes widening when I see the number of people watching. "Is he famous or something. Why are there so many people watching him?" "He's kinda like a social media influencer. Most people who watch his videos are twenty somethings. He's really popular." "Hey, everyone, please don't ask anything about our s*x life. I have another channel that's just for adults but some of my followers here are kids, and I don't want to talk about that in front of them. Thanks." He says. I reach out to check the comments again, scrolling up to see what made him say that. "People are so vulgar and intrusive. Doesn't he ever get annoyed by people saying this stuff." The comments are a mixture of people sending anti-gay slurs, some making fun of him for dating 2 people, and even more asking or theorizing about their s*x life. There's a lot asking if he's a top or bottom and a few asking to join them, but mostly it's grossly detailed ideas of how they do it. Of course most of the negative is hidden by the overwhelming number of people telling them to stop and defend him. "What are their names? Well this is Beck and this is Spencer. They're both kinda quiet though." Fly reads a bit more before smiling. "Oh! Yeah, you guys can ask questions for them too. That's what they're here for." I laugh a little and wrap my arms around Noel while he intently watches his screen. Sometimes I can feel the disconnect in our ages. I'm 8 years older than Noel and he's still just barely an adult. A lot of things he does seem childish to me, but in a way he's also smarter when it comes to social media and things like that. If I weren't here with him, I'd never get on my phone to watch some random person answer questions about themselves, but it entertains him, and I just want Noel to be happy. "This one is for Spencer. Do you love Beck or Fly more?" Fly reads before looking at him with a smirk. "I love you both the same." Fly laughs a little bit before turning back to the screen. "The fans think that's a cop out, but here's one for Beck. Who annoys you more often? Fly or Spencer." "Fly." Beck responds, making his boyfriend pout. Beck smiles and leans over to peck his lips which makes his pout go away. "Okay. Next one... how do we cuddle?" Fly tilts his head, thinking about it before answering. "Well, since Beck is big and warm, I usually lay my head on his stomach and Spencer will lay on his chest, and then Spencer and I hold hands. We usually fall asleep like that too." Beck and Spencer nod in agreement, not saying much. Spencer's quietness seems natural, so it's not awkward at all, but Beck looks like he'd rather be anywhere but in front of a camera talking to hundreds of thousands of people. "What size bed do we have? Okay fun story actually. We all moved in together about a year ago, and there were no beds that all three of us could sleep in comfortably, so we would rock, paper, scissors and whoever lost had to sleep on the couch. Most of the time it was Beck because he sucks at it, but for our anniversary, Spencer got us a bed frame and mattress custom made so it's like a king and a twin bed put together." The Q&A continues for a while with no really interesting things happening, but I guess Noel just wants to know his friend better. "Alright last question. If you're over 18 be sure to check out my other channel where I'll answer some of the more inappropriate questions in my live stream tomorrow. I also upload videos there on Wednesday's, Friday's, and Saturday's." He says quickly before turning to Beck. "Last one says 'I dare Beck to say more than one word in a sentence.'" Beck huffs out a little laugh before turning to the camera with a smirk. "Anyone who wants me to talk that badly probably has a fetish for deep voices. Goodbye." Beck stands and grabs Spencer's hand to drag him away, leaving Fly to say goodbye to everyone before ending the video. "I wonder if he talks about b**m on his other channel. It must be so cool to have a bunch of people who like you so much." Noel hums, making me smile and kiss his cheek. "If you want to start something like that then I could probably get my marketing team to find an editor and promoter who can-" "You're doing your rich person thing again." Noel points out, making me sigh. "Habit." I respond simply. Noel doesn't like when I say things casually when it isn't something casual. He asked me one how I learned french and I told him that my fathers maid taught me when we'd go to our vacation home in Paris, and I swear he almost smacked me for saying it like it's something everyone does. He proceeded to let me know that he's never been on a family vacation because there's too many of them to pay for. Of course Teagan and I have already planned a beautiful summer for all of them, but it's a surprise so I can't let him know about it yet. I also ask him things with the assumption that he's had the same lifestyle as me. I asked him what instrument he played in high school and he looked at me like I was dumb. At my private high school all students were required to learn an instrument. Those who picked string instruments were considered more prestigious. At his public school there were no extracurricular requirements. He told me that he was always bad at academics, and I asked why he didn't just get a different tutor, and he explained that only rich people can afford a private tutor, and only richer people would throw one away to get a better one. We do this quite a lot because we come from very different worlds. I'm rich, and he's poor. I'm an only child, and he's 1 of 11. I grew up in a two parent home, and he was raised by his brother. I went to a private school, and he went to a public school. I own a business, and he barely graduated high school. I'm older and less in tune with social media and technology, and he grew up with all of that. That's the disconnect. We haven't even begun to talk about controversial things, but judging from how he acts, I have a feeling that our political views are wildly different. "I don't really care that much. You just make me feel bad sometimes when you say that stuff like it doesn't cost thousands of dollars. You probably don't even know what clearance is." "I'm rich, not stupid." I answer, laughing a little bit as Noel's phone rings. 'Demon spawn #4' He answers it and puts the phone on speaker so it doesn't have to touch his face. "What do you want, Will." "Come pick me up. They won't let me check myself out and I'm not f*****g staying here if that b***h won't treat me like an actual person." "Calm down. What's wrong?" "I was in class, and my teacher called on me and I answered the question wrong and this dumb b***h behind me started whispering with her friend about how I'm stupid because my parents don't have time to teach me anything at home, so I turned around and told her that if she didn't shut up then I'd punch her until she couldn't talk anymore and my cunt of a teacher said 'go to the office. Honestly, you Graysons are always causing trouble'. And so I went and they gave me detention, but now they're trying to send me back and I'm not f*****g going back, Noel. I want to go home." Noel sighs and sits up, starting to put his shoes and socks on while gesturing for me to do the same. "What teacher was it?" "Mrs. Bradfield." "Oh, I f*****g hated her. She's the reason I had 43 detentions in junior year." "Yeah, I blame you for her hating me so much. You really f****d me over, you know? Everyone hates me because you got like 100 things banned from school and the teachers all think that trouble runs in the family." "Not my fault they're overdramatic. I'll be there in a few minutes. Go hide in the bathroom and hang tight. Not the one by the cafeteria though. That's where Jones and his friends smoke pot." "Yeah, yeah. I know." Will hangs up and we head downstairs. "Kids smoke weed at school?" I ask. Noel looks at me curiously. "I thought that was a universal thing, but maybe it's just public school. Yeah they smoke there all the time, and the teachers ignore it most of the time." "How did you get things banned at school?" I ask as I grab my keys and lead him to the car. "Well you're not supposed to have skates or skateboards or anything like that, so I got a pair of heelies so I could get to class faster and they confiscated them and then banned other kids from wearing them. Then there was the silly bands incident where I got everyone to wear them to show what they'd done sexually. Black meant they'd gone all the way, white meant they're virgins, blue meant oral. That kind of stuff. Anyway, within like 2 weeks everyone was wearing them and when the teachers found out what it meant they got banned. Nail polish got banned because everyone was so homophobic that seeing me with black nail polish on was cause for concern. Shirts with curse words got banned because of me. Wearing chains on your pants got banned because of me. Eating outside the cafeteria got banned because of me. Using computers to take notes got banned because of me. PDA got banned because of me. Smarties got banned because of me-" "He wasn't kidding. How the hell did you get smarties banned?" "Mickey and I used to crush them up and snort them like coke." I just stare at him for a moment before laughing. "I thought you were crazy now." "I am. Your rules keep me in line. You've tamed me a little bit." "That's how people describe our dynamic you know? A brat and a brat tamer." "Those are b**m terms?" "You didn't know that? You get called a brat all the time." I say, frowning as we get closer to the high school. "I thought people were just teasing me." Noel admits, blushing slightly. "I'd never let someone tease you in front of me, Noel. A brat is a term for a sub who is disobedient on purpose to get a reaction from their dom, and a brat tamer is a dom who enjoys when subs are disobedient usually because they get to punish their sub to put them in their place more often than with a sub that follows orders." I explain, making him nod. "What do you call Andrew then?" "A pain in the ass." "I'm serious. He changes his rules all the time just so that he gets to punish Fizzle. We were dancing the other day and Andrew said to come back in 2 hours, and when we did, he swore he said 1 hour, and when Fiz argued, he doubled the punishment. Fiz explained to me that it's Andrew's way of messing with him, and he switches up what he says all the time." "There's not a word for that. Though, I will let you know that Andrew is the most aggressive sadist I've ever met. Most of what he and Fizzle do is RACK." "Rack?" "It means Risk Aware Consensual Kink. You and I have done that a few times. Some things we do are dangerous and you're aware of that before we do it. It's the same with Fizzle and Andrew, but theirs can get more... violent I guess. The only thing Andrew won't do to Fizzle is kill him or leave bruises on his face. Everything else is fair game." "Yeah. Fiz has permanent marks on him, you know? Burns and cuts and stuff. He said he likes them, but it seems scary to me." "Remember that everyone is different. You may enjoy things that he doesn't and it goes the other way too. You don't have to try to be like anyone else." "I know. Let's go." He says, pulling up outside of the high school before climbing out and leading me in. I can see cigarette butts on the ground walking up to the doors. There's no sort of security either. We can just walk right in. He leads me to the office, getting stopped by a student on the way. "Noel! What are you doing here? I thought you escaped." The boy is short and has bright blue eyes with hair that's half black and half blonde. "Yeah. I'm here to break Will out." Noel answers, smirking at the guy. The kid steps forward and hooks his fingers in Noel's jeans to pull him closer. "Maybe we could do something then? For old times sake?" "As much as I'd love to, That would make me a pedophile. Besides, I'm strictly a bottom now." He says, making me roll my eyes. I really can't believe that he was ever a top. He's so good at bottoming. "That's a shame. You have a great dick." "I know. I would tell you to call me next year, but I'm pretty sure my boyfriend won't let me stick my d**k in a twink while we're together." Noel smiles and gestures to me, making the boy pull his hands away and pout. "I'm not a twink." "Keep telling yourself that." Noel waves at him and takes my hand to lead me the rest of the way. "You had s*x with him?" "That's Quinn. He was part of the alphabet competition. He's pretty cute too, but I prefer beefcakes with giant-" "What are you here for?" The lady asks, cutting Noel off as we walk up to the desk. "I'm here to check out my brother. His name is Will Grayson." She looks up from the screen and groans at the sight of Noel. "Just my luck. Hello, Noel." She huffs. "Will isn't sick so you can't check him out." "Right, well there's a family emergency." Noel lies, smiling at her. "Then I'm assuming you need Frankie too?" "No, just Will." "Noel, you're not checking him out just because he got in trouble." "Look, Deborah, I'm an adult now and as one of Will's primary guardians, I can do whatever the f**k I want with him. So pick up the phone and get on the f*****g intercom and tell Will to come here so I can take him home. For all you know, our parents could be dead." "I didn't know you had parents. Sure as hell doesn't seem like it." She mutters, making me glare. "Say that again and I'll get you fired." I threaten, glaring at her. Noel looks at me with a little smile. She looks at the two of us with disgust. "You people have no respect." "You people? Like gays?" Noel laughs. "Sinners." "Oh right. I forgot that getting railed in the ass is a sin." I laugh at Noel's comment. She groans and picks up the phone to ask Will to come to the front. After a few minutes, I see him coming towards us with red teary eyes. He walks right past us and towards the doors. Noel gives me a 'don't ask' look and follows him. Noel Once we're outside, I walk closer to him. "It got to you this time?" "I don't want to talk about it." "But you should. Look, it gets to all of us, okay? Our parents didn't give a s**t about me and I still turned out great. Same with Sawyer and Candace. You'll be okay too. I swear." "It just f*****g sucks that they say that s**t without even knowing what's really going on." Will complains, shaking his head afterward. "It shouldn't bother me. I should be used to it." "You shouldn't have to get used to it. Honestly, just ignore it, or manifest that something tragic happens to them." "It's fine. Thanks for checking me out. I can drive myself home though, so you guys can get back to..." "Fucking." "He's kidding." Dax announces, nudging me slightly. We wave goodbye to Will after walking him to his car and head back to Dax's. I climb in the passenger seat and smile at him, staring at his face while he starts driving. I'll never get over how handsome he is. His eyelashes are unusually long for a man, but they make his hazel eyes stand out so much. His smile is infectious and the stubble on his chin always scratches against my skin when we're intimate with each other. I don't know if I believe in a god or not, but if there is one, I hope they let me keep him for as long as I can. "Why are you staring at me?" "I'm not. I'm appreciating the view." I respond, making him laugh. I lean over and peck his cheek before turning to look out of the window. "Do you ever wonder what would've happened if we'd never met?" Dax tilts his head and shrugs. "I'd be at the club every night hoping that I could find a sub that could satisfy me. I'd spend every day drowning myself in work so I wouldn't have to face the fact that I'm alone and sad." "I'd be sleeping around with whoever caught my eye. I'd probably be in jail for doing something stupid or at the very least I would've been reprimanded by someone of higher authority. I'd be grumpy and horny and unmotivated, which is a recipe for disaster." "Then it's a good thing we did meet and now we have each other. I'm not letting you go, Noel. I might be waiting a few years to propose, but don't you dare think for a second that I'm not planning to spend my entire life with you." I smile and reach over to hold his hand while looking out of the window. "I love you." "Yeah, I love you too."
