I left the pack hospital and headed towards the city when an issue occurred to me. I needed clothes. I pulled over and sent Carrie a message.
"Can I borrow some clothes. I can't go home like this and I need just just few things to get me by." I typed. I started heading towards her house. I knew Carrie would say yes just like she knew I would do the same for her. It only took me a few minutes to get to Carrie's house. Before I finished parking I heard my phone ping.
"Sure. Take whatever you need. Not like I can wear any of it." She said. "The back door is unlocked." She added.
"Thanks Carrie. I will text you tomorrow and let you know where I am staying. Just enjoy that baby girl." I said.
"You sure you don't want to stay with us?" She asked. "We have plenty of room!" She offered.
