"Okay. On the next contraction I want you to bear down Carrie!" The Doctor ordered her. Carrie grunted and started pushing a second later. She pushed and pushed until the contraction let up for a second and then she stopped, catching her breath. A moment later and she was at it again. It took a few pushes before anything happened.
"The head is out! One more push Carrie and we will have the shoulders." He said. I moved a little so I could see what was happening.
