My eyes filled with tears again as I heard the fast thump of my baby's heart. It made this all so much more real than it had been before. I took a deep breath as I just stared at the screen, watching as the Doctor took some measurements.
"I would say you are approximately three and a half to four months." The Doctor said and I nodded. I knew I wasn't that far along but with the wolf thing, I knew it would seem like I was further than I was. This would work out better anyways. It would be so confusing when I delivered a full term baby months early.
"Can you tell the gender?" I asked, images of a sweet little girl like Carrie's running through my head.
"No, it's still too early for that. At your next appointment they should be able to." She said. She spent the rest of her visit telling
