Here I stood in the sunlight. Looking out over the meadows. Knowing I was being shipped to the kings castle. That sits on the horizon. In a days time I will be one of the kings son's servant or bride. The king has five son's Sebastin the eldest, then Zane, Damien, Asher and Cole. Ranging from ages 25 to 20 years old. When all the girls in the lands turn 18. They get lined up for all the Kings to come and pick their son's servants or brides. When you come in front of your master. He marks you with a necklace of there color. Showing everyone you are only his. Now your master can do anything he wants to do to you. When you get marked you belong to that son/master. Two days ago I turned eighteen. I got up that morning and had breakfast with my parents. Then they took me to the open meadow fields at 7pm to meet the king. We were stood in caterogies. Smallest to the tallest. I was in the middle. Wearing a white dress. When the King stopped beside me. He laid his hand on me. I could feel this wave of energy flush down me. I looked up at the King. I grabbed my necklace and held it tightly in my fingers. I dont know how long I stood there staring as he disappeared. When the two mean girls came up behind me and pushed me to the ground. Getting my white dress dirty. I got up and turned around. When the girl with long blond hair with big curls in it. I think her name was Melina. She batted her eyes and said, "Sebastin is going to be mine and I'll be his queen. I feel it in my bones. He'll love me and I'll make sure you and your friends will rot in the dungeon.
