When the Rain Falls

*****bogsh****** "Ouch! my bones." I shouted. (why does it always happen to me? What a stupid question!, well as usual I ended up falling from my bed again. Im so stupid.) [Author: Yong crush ko pafall pati ba naman higaan pafall na rin? Kaloka auh.] "Argh! It really hurts." I said while massaging my back. Just then I saw the alarm clock's hand struck at seven. " Im late. " I blurted. (Oh? I forget to introduce myself, My name is Chyra Alexandria Alderidge. I'm just an average person with an average mind. (Ahahaha) I'm sorry, I'm not fond of doing some introduction.) After digging my closet for something to wear, I hurriedly ran downstairs and find Cadastral munching her favorite pancakes with maple syrup. "Good morning Al! " Cadastral greeted me while slicing her pancake. "Morning Cad!" I answered while looking for something to eat. I grab some bread and put some strawberry jam on it and pour some milk. "Oh? Where's Castial? " I ask her looking at Castial's room. "I don't know, he just left and didn't say anything." She answers. (Oh? I smell something odd. What is going on between them? Nerd/Castial Louise vs. Sexy Chick/Cadastral Levi. I sometimes wonder if they really are twins. Their the opposite definition of each other.) "I forgot to tell you that our dear brother had left us here in hurry and he just use mom's car. " she said while putting her empty plate in the kitchen sink. "What the heck?" I almost chocked upon hearing her words. "You can check the garage if you want." she said casually. I wanted to make sure that she's not messing with me, so I run out and was stunned to see an empty garage. (That nerd! he really pisses me off.) I stomp inside feeling frustrated, just then I saw Cadastral talking to someone in her phone. When she saw me she quickly put her phone down and smiled at me. "Hey Al, you don't have to worry. I already talk to Knox and he just agree to drive us to school." she said happily. "What? Are you crazy Cadastral Levi Alderidge?" I ask out of anger but she just ignored me. "You know we haven't talk since I left the party, right?" I ask her seriously. "I know Al, don't you think it's the right time to talk to him?" she said looking directly at me waiting for my answer. "I..... " *****beep***** "His here, come on Al." Cadastral said pulling me outside. We both saw him leaning on his car waiting for us. Cadastral left me running happily to Knox direction to greet him. I was about to open the backseat when Cadastral stops me. "Go sit in front!" She whispers. I frowned and open the passenger seat and sit silently next to Knox. (It feels so awkward.) I look at Cadastral through the rear view mirror just to find her staring at me but she just smiled upon seeing my expression. (I don't know what to say or how to start a conversation, so I kept myself busy staring outside the window.) Well? if you wanted to know what happened!, here it is.... FLASHBACK Last week, we planned, well actually they planned to held a small party in Knox's place because their parents had a business trip in London for a week. They just invited me because they don't want me to be bored at home and Cadastral was keep on telling me that It'll be fun, so I said yes. That's why me, my twin siblings Castial and Cadastral, Vanadium (Knox's sister), Lincoln (Cadastral current boyfriend), Zachary (Knox's cousin) and Knox had fun that day but it doesn't ends well. At Knox's place We were all talking in the living room when suddenly Knox arrive holding a vodka and a beer. "Oh no." I cringe seeing those drinks. He eyed me and smiled sheepishly. (Damn it! His up for something.) I gave him a knowing look saying, What are you up to? But he just shrug. (His totally insane right now.) "Okey guys. Let's play spin the bottle." Zachary announces. "Yehey, We're doing the truth or dare. " Cadastral and Vanadium cheers. They're look like some weird girls who have those cheeky grins flustered on their faces. (I feel bad about this.) Everyone of them becomes weirder except for Castial who doesn't even change his expression. His always that guy who doesn't like speaking and always read books with a smug look on his face. "Lets start guys." Vanadium says while jumping enthusiastically. "I'll spin first. " An energetic Cadastral claims. So here she goes she spins it.... and *****bam***** It stops in front of Me. (What the heck is happening? Why I'm always so unlucky?) "Okey! Here we goes." Vanadium shouted excitedly. Then she whispered something on Cadastral's ear and they both started to smile stupidly. (Oh my gosh! What is wrong with them?) "Okey Chy! Is it truth or dare?" Cadastral ask me with her innocent look. "Dare!" I answered nervously because when I answered truth this two won't stop until I gave up. They're always like this since we were small. "I want you to kiss Knox." Cadastral says playfully. "Are you serious? His my friend!" I glared and ask her but she never considered it. I look at Knox but I was surprised to see his cold expression again. "Come on Chy, It's just a dare. You don't have to be so defensive... unless you like my brother?" Vanadium says while looking at me. (She's really getting into my nerves.) "Okey I'll do it." I said sternly. I stand up and find my way to Knox who were drinking his vodka. He just look at me with his blue sparkling eyes. I waited for him to say something but I was caught off when suddenly Vanadium yelled something. "Go... Chyra!" (Oh sucks! She still had that guts to cheer me at this kind of moment. Where in she's the one who put me in this kind of mess.) I was nervously shaking and my heart was beating so fast just staring at Knox face. (I can't even think straight right now as if my brain had malfunctioned...) when somebody push me. I was surprise at the sudden act and can't move myself away from him. His lips feels so smooth against mine. But my brain was telling me to stop day dreaming because his my friend. I was kissing my friend. (Oh my gosh) I was fighting with my own thoughts and some variety of emotions and wanted to push him... When he suddenly move his lips and kiss me gently. I was taken aback by that, his hand cups my face and places his other hand in my waist. I can smell the vodka in his breath. (Oh my gosh what was happening? I'm going insane! Is he drunk? I can feel a thousands of butterflies roaming inside my stomach but there was something inside me telling me it wasn't right.) So I push and slap him. I don't know what was gotten into me when I slap him. I was flabbergasted. Everyone was so shocked staring at us but decided not say anything. I look at Knox and saw his hurt expression. I feel ashamed upon seeing him like that, so I ran out. I know that I hurt him but there's no turning back. They were all calling my name but I don't care. I needed to be alone right now......
