After chow, Corporal Nelson, Lance Corporal Case, and PFC Goldman headed back to the 3rd Battalion area and observed PFC Hale running after them, yelling.
“The platoon sergeant has been looking for you. We’re going on a mission tonight. The confirmation brief is scheduled at 1900 at the COC tent. The STA team is being attached to the QRF!”
The four hurried back to the tent and started surveying their gear.
