“I still remember the day I met her. She is dazzling and her beauty captured me. It was love that first sight. It’s a miracle that Yuki and I met in the death game and became friends. We go on adventurer and met wonderful people. Also, we found out that we loved each other. That is our reality. It’s the reality I wanted to go back to, the reason I came to this world.”
Glenn muttered as he looks at the wide blue sea.
Yuki teaches me how to swim. Yuki teaches me how to treat people with respect. She teaches me to cook food for myself. She teaches me to dance, she teaches me many wonderful things. She teaches me how to become a good person.
She shows me how wonderful this world can be.
For the last time on the beach, they made their last meeting.
Glenn looks at Yusael's face and he gladly makes a smile.
Yusael looking at Glenn started to feel a little different because now. She has memories of her original copy or Yuki’s real-world memories. Yuki Harusaki is in the lifeless form in the real world.
Yusael turns her head left and right and looks at Glenn’s eyes with a sorry expression on her face.
Instead of choosing Kazuya or Glenn.
She wants to remain as herself and live. Because no matter what they all think. The real Yuki already dies in the real world. Even she has all of Yuki’s memories. She doesn't consider it as her original memories, because she believes in her own individuality.
“Why is it? Why is this happening? It supposed to be our happy ending.”
Glenn asked.
Glenn's tears fall.
“It’s none of your faults, I may be a copy of Yuki’s soul and have the same face but I’m not Yuki. I live life here longer than you think. My soul keeps on reincarnating in this world like it’s an endless loop. There was a time this place is just a small village and no one knows what’s beyond the sea. There was a time this land is covered by Ice and nothing more. There was a time in this place magic don’t exist. I live so long in this world and it’s a miracle that I remember all of those things now… Maybe it’s because of an error in the system. Still, I’m thankful to know the whole truth.”
Yusael said.
“You’re her copy then that means your Yuki.”
“That's wrong, I’m a different individual with a different way of thinking. I have Yuki’s memories in my mind, but I’m who I am.”
“I love you… You promised me to stay with me forever.”
“I’m sorry, that’s not happening anymore.”
“Why?”
“Because Yuki is dead…”
He just fell on his knees and became silent.
“... Should go run right now. The next time I saw you. It will be the time for your execution.”
Yusael then turns her back away from Glenn.
Meanwhile, Glenn was in deep despair and can’t do anything.
Her image appeared to her mind and remembers Yusael’s words of rejection. “Yuki is dead.” Those words keep on repeating and repeating to his head and lost it.
“You’re my life. I gave everything to her. Your so unfair…”
Glenn muttered and grabbed his anti-magic sword.
He tries to attack Yusael from her back.
“... If you don’t like being with me then I will drag you by force!”
Yusael avoided the sword attack.
“You’re finally revealing your true colors. In the end your just like Zeno whose obsessed to be loved by the one they love the most.”
Light whip appeared and bind Glenn’s body.
Glenn lost his grip on his sword.
Yusael walked and then put her hand to Glenn’s head.
“Since, you like Yuki that much… I will only present memories of you being with her and from now on you will only think of her always forever and ever. You will never be the same anymore…”
After that Yusael truly leaves Glenn alone on the beach.
Following days later.
Glenn started to have confused thinking. Experience long-lasting sadness, he suddenly laughing and crying. He has excessive fear, worry, or anxiety.
He started to fear being with other people.
He's not eating anymore or sleeping.
He suddenly getting angry
He experiences delusions or hallucinations seeing or hearing things that are not really there. He keeps on hearing Yuki and seeing Yuki even she is not there.
“Glenn defeat everyone… If you do that I will give you lots of love like before.”
“I will…”
His delusions keep on flowing.
In the end, Glenn became insane.
His insanity leads his demon to eat him. The demon eats him and he became a demon his self with one purpose.
“I will defeat everyone! I will defeat everyone!”
Glenn became the pitch-black demon.
