Chapter 59: Sword fight

It’s demonic appearance and dark body.
It has no eyes and holding the sword that is very familiar to me. The two swords this demonic creature holding are the two swords of Glenn.
It’s the Anti magic sword and looking closely this is the demon armor he has, but this time this demon armor of his seems to eat him.
I used to fight beside Glenn these past days. I heard he ended mentally unstable but I never think it will come to this scenario.
Even though I have my sword in my waist. I can’t afford to draw it quickly.
Because in my eye’s this person is my friend.
“Glenn…”
I try to call his name but I think it’s useless or he never heard my calling.
“T-This is a joke, right? Are we going to fight?”
Glenn with his demonic body swing his sword and unleashed a black s***h that cuts the ground and the nearby church.
The attack directly hit me and made a shallow cut in my left arm. I healed instantly after that.
Glenn then continuously swings his sword like a madman and shower me with his black s***h.

He then, go to the club and there the club members are preparing for a major fight.
“Hey, Kazuya! There was someone in another school that like to take us.”
Glenn then put his gears and his sword.
“Leave it to me, this is just a piece of cake.”
The captain of the sword club then patted Glenn’s shoulder and said:
“That girl, the girl you like the most is cheering for you. You better not lose.”
“Yuki… I see, she is here to cheer me up. Well, seeing her makes me heat up. I will definitely beat the asses of this swordsman from another school.”
The coach then called the two participants.

I drew my flaming sword and activated my flaming armor. Then use my sword to pierce through Glenn’s non-vital organ.
I can just kill him with my flames, but he is my friend I don’t want him to burn with my flames.
I deactivated the ability of the undying flame that covered his body.
Glenn then responded by stabbing me with his sword and lifted me. The blood that came from my body pour toward his mouth. He suddenly started regenerating his injuries.
He's drinking my blood to recover.
At this moment Glenn is no longer human.
“Exploding flaming sword!”
My skill landed in his arms and when the smoke fade. My magic doesn’t affect him maybe it’s because of the anti-magic ability he has.
My flaming magic is not working.
“Blazing assassination s***h!”
Before my sword hit his neck he opens his mouth. From his mouth, a huge amount of anti-magic energy was collected. He then blasted it to me in close range.
With Its power alone I’m blasted toward the center part of Stella city.
People started to panic seeing our fight.
“What are these people? A black demon!”
“Call the adventurers guild!”
“Monsters are invading the city!”
They started to run away with frightened expressions on their face.

In Glenn’s head.
“Knockdown! Points to Kazuya!”
Said the referee.
Everyone in the school cheered up after Kazuya landed a fatal blow toward his opponent.
“Way to go Kazuya!”
“Kazuya you’re the best!”
Yuki then smiles at him.
“Now I can’t afford to lose.”

So strong, how I’m able to defeat someone that I don’t want to kill. Why I’m hesitating? This is not the time for this. People are currently in danger.
“Yuki will smile for me when I defeat them all. Yuki will smile at me. Yuki will smile upon me.”
Said Glenn in his demonic voice.
“Smile? How is that possible if she is dead?!”
I shouted to wake Glenn.
But it’s not working. Glenn jump up in the sky and landed on my body. Face to face I looked at him.
“Yuki is everything! Yuki is everything!”
Glenn raised his swords and then at the same time hacked my body in half.
Intense pain came to my mind. It’s so intense I can’t even scream.
The only thing that I can do is tear it that time.
He is just like me. Before the man before I met Hanayuki. A man that will do anything for the one he loved the most. I did many killings just to have my revenge, but in the end, it’s pointless.
I can feel anger and rage for some reason.
I don’t know but every time I’m raging in anger energy came flowing to my body and my sword flames burned brightly.
Before I notice it my body is not covered by my armor anymore. My body is currently covered with undying flames from my sword. My own flames are currently burning my body.
My body regenerated and burned with my undying flames.
With my burning fist, I punched Glenn’s face.
My fist makes an impact and makes falls to the ground.
While on the ground I immediately get up and use my sword to smash his head open.

“Points to the visitor!”
The referee shouted after Kazuya receive one strike from the other school swordsman and fall to the ground.
The referee stopped the Visitor because it’s attempting another attack after Kazuya fell.
“That sword is quite heavy. I need to counter back.”
Kazuya said.

Turning my glance near my side is a little girl crying with her teddy bear in her hand.
“Scary! Mommy help me!”
She cries.
At this point, she will be caught up with the fight.
Losing my focus.
Glenn kick me and deliver another shower black s***h to make his distance.
“Runaway! Little runt! Runaway!”
I shouted to the little girl.
The girl runs away after hearing my scary scream. She was terrified and run as fast as she can.
“No running away! I must defeat everyone! So that Yuki will smile upon me.”
Glenn turned his head to the running girl and runs toward her. Attempting to cut her with his sword I came as fast as I can to block his attack.
“There now way! I let that happened! Glenn!”
My appearance change and a horn came out from my head. My body is burning and my body is sturdy like steel.

“Kazuya, if you defeat everyone I will accept your offer to date me.”
Said Yuki with a smiling face to Kazuya.
Kazuya’s grip on his sword strengthens and his determination to win flows through his body like electricity.
His delusions in his mind are making him crazier.

The demonic form of Glenn makes a smile and then turns his body to the left and throws a devastating s***h the cut’s people nearby. He blasted me away again with his Anti magic blaster.
Some people were cut and die from Glenn’s attack.
People started running and some adventurers came to aid the citizen of Stella city. Glenn simply cuts them down instantly. One by one with a smile on his face. As if he really became a real demon. No, he really became a demon.
“I will defeat everyone.”
Glenn change his targets one by one and started his rampage.
He beheaded citizens, Adults got to pierce through their hearts. Youngsters got their limbs cut down and random people got cut down.
I chased him and kick his face.
“You dumb ass! I’m you’re opponent!”
“Everyone is my opponent!”
Destructive explosion and exchange of sword. Metallic sounds when two swords met. A Black-armored demon facing a man in undying flame.
“What are you doing! Glenn! Many people already die because of you.”
“Defeat everyone! Defeat Everyone!”
Stella city is ruined and people screaming in chaos.
“Are you serious? Are you going to destroy everything?”
“Yuki will smile at me when I defeat everyone. I must defeat everyone. She will smile on me.”
I steel myself and look back to all of the memories I have with him.
Tears come flowing in my eyes and I strengthen my grip on my sword.
“Big brother Ren!”
“You can do it!
“Defeat that demon!”
It’s the kids in the orphanage. They are all cheering for me.
I must save them from this demon.

“Last round, both swordsmen make a stance.”
Said the referee.
The visitor and Glenn make a sword stance and in a single moment after the referee made a go signal with his hand. Both swordsmen step forward and swing their swords with all of their strength.

With my flaming sword, I charge toward Glenn inside a demon armor with a killing attempt.
“Blazing assassination s***h!”
My flames break through his armor and cut his body. My flames then started to burn him up in ashes.

“Knockdown! Kazuya is knock down! The winner is the visitor.”
The referee announces and raises the visitor's hands.
Yuki who is watching from afar then turns her back away and holds someone else hand.
Glenn looks toward them and then muttered:
“I guess, I’ll find another girl to love.”
In reality, Glenn’s body was burning. Since his soul was damage from the battle Kazuya in the real world is not waking up anymore.
