Chapter 20: Assassination (Part 4)

That Night.

Ren is still thinking about the target of the assassin. If the target is not Elulu. There's a possibility that the target is Seele because she is also one of the red robe terrorist captains. That is missing now according to its squad.

In the same table. Ren and the girls gathered and have a little meeting.

"Shadow ninjas... I meet them before. It's an assassin company specialized in private work. We encounter some of this ninja before. While working in a red robe. From what I know this assassin company will never do anything unless someone hired them."

Said Seele.

"Hired. Then there is a mastermind. I huge question is who s the target and the one that will be assassinated. the ninja I battle said that he did not know Elulu. I don't know if he is just jesting but a part of me tell that it's a genuine answer."

Ren said.

Remembering past events. Hanayuki might also be a target because she is the daughter of red a robe general. Rena and the others didn't know this fact and ignored the idea of Hanayuki being a target.

That leaves the princess.

Ren looks to carefree Alicia.

"Why you're staring like that? It's creepy."

"Sorry... Some thought just flows in my mind, better for you to ignore it... But I was thinking. Alicia might be the target because she is the princess of the Island. We are currently in a location that is not a part of the kingdom. Assassin's deploy here to cut her head and bring terror to the kingdom."

Alicia heard Ren. She started to panic and tremble in fear.

"I'm gonna die... What is going on?!"

"Don't worry Alicia, if that is true we will rescue you no matter what."

"Is that true Elulu? You're so kind. I wish I have a little sister like you..."

After Alicia said that and take a sip of her tea.

With breaking and smashing sound. The wall of the cafe was destroyed. A big man with a masked appeared.

Seele immediately reacted and shot her magic bullet at the giant man. The bullet was deflected by the rogue ninja named Roku.

"That was a fast reaction."

The boss in the ninja appeared and with its raven beak mask. he looks around and saw Alicia.

"There you are."

Raven put his palm in front of him and instant. Alicia brought to his hand.

Ren drew his sword and attacked Raven, but the giant man used his arms to shield their boss. It's a huge mistake for the huge man because Ren uses his flames and makes it crawl to the arms of the giant man.

"Arrgggg!"

The giant man screams in pain because of the flame crawling in his skin.

Hanayuki uses her lightning speed and attacked the boss with her lightning-fast punch.

It hit raven and make him drew back a little.

Elulu summoned her teddy bear warrior and order them to attack the intruders.

"If it's battle for quantity then I will not disappoint you. Shadow style: Clone Jutsu!"

Roku cast his spell and make 100 of himself.

"This is bad but don't underestimate my teddy bear soldiers."

Said Elulu.

Going to Ren and the big man.

"That hurts... That hurt's you... god, damn shit."

As he attacks with his fist the part of the cafe is destroyed in instant. Some residents saw it and tried to help but, with the power of Ren's opponent. They are all defeated in instant.

"Battling here is dangerous for the people."

Said Seele. Seele then drew a magic circle and cast an area spell.

"Ren, Hanayuki let's slip apart and defeat this guy in a safe place."

"Yeah." 2X

Ren and Hanayuki said at the same time.

"I will take this final boss with me and save Alicia." Said Hanayuki.

Alicia was still in Raven's hand with teary eyes.

Seele cast an area teleportation spell and bring the three parties apart from each other.

Ren and the big guy was transported to the mountain area, Hanayuki was transported in the left side of the forest, and Seele and Elulu were transported with Roku in the right part of the forest.

A giant man in front of me with almost the same power as Pithon in Celest city. Good thing the moon is shining bright. I already hit him with my flames and the flame is continued burning him. With this, there is a great chance that I win this battle.

"Flame skill: Flame strike!"

I made the first move. The big man then grabs the opportunity and tightly grab my blade.

I was surprised by the attempt he made knowing that the flames will eat him. then, I notice the mistake I did.

the big man's eye turns red and the presentation was the same as mine.

"This guy is also vampire kin... This guy has a regeneration ability."

I said and pulled my sword and make a distance.

The flame will burn the opponent's body to charcoal normally but with a vampire-like him, that can regenerate. Waiting for him to burn was not enough.

"This flames sure is a pain, but I know someone that knew how to remove things like this. I guess I will endure it until I met that person. Also, I can feel that you're also a vampire. A half-vampire! Show me what you got."

He said as he smiles through me.

Unlike him my regeneration ability is slow. And using vampire form eat's much of my energy. I can't afford to do it knowing that my opponent is someone with more vampire blood in him.

I have no choice but to continue fighting him with my flame sword.

"I forgot to tell you Assassin my name is Strong-fist! And I will tell you why I'm called that!"

He charges and threw a punch at me.

The impact of the punch makes a smashing sound and destroys part of the mountain. Animals and monsters came running away after feeling this sensation. This is the sensation of fear. The fear that someone stronger than them is around their territory.

As he continues in attacking. I used my speed to keep on slashing him with my flames.

The flames started to get dramatically big.

Burning the strong-fist. But still, the man is alive because of the vampire blood inside of him.

His movement is slow and I can easily dodge it. His arms might be strong but. It's useless unless it connects to me.

I might use my assassination s***h to him but cutting a vampire's head is useless, because of the regeneration ability.

I can't waste time here.

It will take a lot of magic and make me unable to move for 30 minutes but this is better than keeping this farce.

I focus my magic on my sword and make the flame ablaze. This magic is only the high s-class magic I can use.

"Flame magic: Fire dragon's destruction blade!!

The usual obsidian black sword became scarlet red. As I use the magic. The flames burned the vampire down to crisp.

The flame burned Strong-fist to charcoal. His regeneration was negated became os the fact that the blood in his body was evaporated and the cell in his body has burned.

"This spell sure is brutal... This is spell has more to come... It's the spell I wanted to use when I face generally. I will burn him like how he burns the people in my town."

I said and take a rest by sitting down.

Roku became a huge head and tried to killed Elulu, but it's something Seele will never let happen. Seele unleashed her power and smash Roku with her gun.

All of the clones disappeared after Seele smack the true one.

"That's impossible with my movement speed that's impossible..."

"That's sure is fast to normal people but the general train us to be a cold-hearted killer."

Seele then summoned a box and put it to Roku's mouth. then threw Roku to the faraway distance. the destructive bomb. Destroy a land and some tree's in the area. including Roku's body. That is nowhere to see after the explosion.

"You did it again."

Said Elulu.

"If someone will try to hurt you I will not gonna have a second thought of killing them."

Said Seele.

Seele is good at hiding her aura and emotion. The evidence was the time Seele told Ren that they didn't kill anyone yet. But the truth is Seele killed a lot of people before she even met Elulu.

Elulu even killed people before the main reason she wanted to restart a new life in a faraway land.

They lied to Ren to protect their peace. That's what they believe.

Seele and Elulu use a dense amount of magic. Making them exhausted.

"We need to rest for a while... Knowing Hanayuki she will beat that guy in no time."

"Seele, but we release much of our magic. That means the general will track us down and execute us like. Because we run away in the terrorist group."

"That might be true but I will never leave your side. Not anymore. You're my beloved little sister after all."

Seele said.

Elulu didn't understand what Seele saying by little sister but Seele knew the truth that Elulu is her real little sister and the last family that she had.

In the past, there was an experiment where. Young children were forced to battle each other. Seele was one of those children. Seele display talent in killing and half a year became a soldier in the terrorist group the day she came back to her village. People started to disowned her and calling her the devil. It's sad because Seele all wanted to be released in the experiment and get out to meet her family.

Until one night The general decided to make an experiment in making a magic weapon using the people soul in the village.

Seele tried to stop general but, it's useless. The general is too strong and she will not beat general. She makes another plan and tried to save him, but when she got there all she saw is the corpse of her family. Her knees fall to the ground and cried, until and the crying baby was heard.

In the next room.

She saw it and the baby is still alive. The baby girl has the same silver hair as her mother. When she touched the baby. The by stop crying and smile at her.

"This is my little sister."

Seele said subconsciously.

Since she was too busy at work. Someone goes and takes care of Elulu. it's the cousin of general that never got a child. They accept Elulu in exchange for not saying anything about the past family. Seele can't do anything but to watch Elulu from far away.

Until Elulu display talent in the barrier magic and became a captain. They became workmates and became together.

This precious time was dear to Seele. Even though she can't say anything to Elulu. She is doing good as her big sister.

"You're silver hair is really beautiful."

Said Seele as she combs Elulu's silky hair with her fingers.

To the part of the forest, Hanayuki and Raven are taking place. Alicia is currently struggling with raven's hand.

"Release me you monster! Release me!"

"Stop whining... I will kill you now!"

Raven pulled his katana and about to killed Alicia, but Hanayuki with lightning speed immediately kicked raven away and catch Alicia who falls after Hanayuki kicked Raven.

Raven flew to the ground 20 meters away from Hanayuki and Alicia.

"What's with that power? I can feel that you're no ordinary... If that's the case then, I must release the power in my sleeves."

Raven's eye turns red and his body transforms with a scale of a dragon. He also grew wings. And his magic boosted dramatically.

"Hanayuki this is bad... His magic is going up with high speed. If this continues he will kill both of us."

Hanayuki just smiles and puts Alicia down gently.

"Don't worry about it, Alicia. I can deal with this. I will save you and I won't let that monster kill us..."

Hanayuki said.

Hanayuki doesn't like killing people but this person in front of her is not something that she considers as human. It's a monster by appearance and power. And it will kill Hanayuki if Hanayuki doesn't get serious.

"Lightning speed..."

Hanayuki cast her lightning speed by 50%. Raven in his monster form goes and attacked Hanayuki. Hanayuki charges on and grab Raven's face and slam raven to the ground with max force.

The impact made a huge hole in the ground. Alicia was able to run and hide in the situation. Alicia didn't want to help Hanayuki, because she might get in Hanayuki's way.

"Such power... Shadow claws!"

Raven tried to attack Hanayuki with its claws. Hanayuki dodges it and makes a distance to recharge her power.

"I see this is the reason you're so confident in defeating me. Because you have that extraordinary talent. I never expect that someone will bring me to the edge and make me uncover my true appearance... This is the last power I have. To kill you."

Raven then released his power from within and transform into a dragon-like beast. This scale is obsidian black and it has four wings. The magic power also drastically increased.

The scene of Raven transforming into a dark dragon also reaches the people in Flore town and Lilia town.

People became afraid and go back to their homes.

Seele and Elulu notice it.

"Hanayuki."

Ren tried to stand up and go to the location but his body won't move because of the intense amount of magic he just used to the vampire.

Ren and the others have no choice but to watch Hanayuki battle the dark dragon.

"How silly... You used your own life to become a monster that can fulfill the mission given by your master. That's stupidity in my dictionary..."

Hanayuki said and grip her fist.

The dark dragon went out of control and change direction to Flore town with many people.

Hanayuki noticed it and didn't waste time anymore.

She used her full-power and attacked the dragon by kicking it up in the sky.

A struck of lightning keep on appearing every time Hanayuki attacks the dragon. But the dragon scale is too hard to destroy by Hanayuki. If she has white metal in her hand it might be easy for Hanayuki to defeat the dragon.

In the ground, Alicia uses memory magic. This is the unique magic that she can control and it's called memory link. It shares certain information from one user to another.

Long-time ago. Alicia reads a book about the hero and the dragon. The hero slays the dragon with dragon-slaying arts. The dragon-slaying art can be used in different attributes but needed a sword to be executed.

"Memory Link... Hanayuki uses my memory and destroys that dragon."

Alicia said.

"Thank's Alicia... Now it's going to be easy."

Hanayuki made a sword with her lightning.

Hanayuki started to used fury attacks and continue cutting Dark raven in different weak spots. Hanayuki then used the dragon-slaying arts.

"Dragon slaying art: Gleaming lotus! Dragon slaying art: fury blade! Dragon slaying art: Gale buster! Dragon slaying art of explosion!"

The combination of four spells makes the dragon scales fall apart. Giving Hanayuki and chance to attack the dragon directly.

"Lightning spell: Dynamic Lightning punch!"

The punch makes the dragon make the dragon cry in a painful tone. The dragon tried to attacked Hanayuki, but it's too late now.

Hanayuki has this battle in hand and the assassins don't even get a chance in winning.

Ren always has the feeling that some incredible power is inside of Hanayuki. That's is very true, the truth that Hanayuki can tilt a dragon with her mere kick is the obvious explanation.

"Your assassination failed... Take this final move... Lightning Punch."

The punch pummels the dragon in the ground. Making a much bigger hole than before. This scene makes Ren wonder if Hanayuki got the power to kill the general with her hand.

Such massive magic power she has is very abnormal.

After the destructive event.

The dragon was roasted and disappeared.

Alicia then walked to Hanayuki.

"That was amazing. The last punch totally makes an impact. It makes geography in this forest new. I have never seen someone with that kind of ability. Even without my help, you might kill that dragon with that last attack of yours."

Said Alicia to Hanayuki.

Hanayuki turned her glance and smiled.

"My mother always told me that... For some reason, there is massive magic is inside of me... That's why I promised her that I'll use my power in kind deed."

Hanayuki said.

The people in the town are now saved.

The only thing that is destroyed in the town of Flore is the cafe Elulu owned. That makes Elulu cried a bit, but Seele will do something about it.

The event of the shadow ninja failing to assassinate the princess reach the majesty. The king got interested in the report. The top shadow assassin was killed by these people without ease and killed the ninjas to nothingness.

The king doesn't know the people that killed the ninjas, but he will surely do something to capture them.
