The butterfly graced its presence on my face and this act woke me up and I gently smiled at the butterfly, touched it and said 'Good Morning". I stir, stretched and opened my window. I smiled at the gentle sun heat on my face. Then began singing and my little birds gather. ...................................... ................................. Just kidding. Alexia morning is not as perfect as that. The sudden sounds woke Alexia up and she heard a familiar clang sound, her alarm. She groans and turns to the other side. She was about falling asleep when she heard another sound. Alexia frowns to that and decides to check. She walks from her room to the stairs. "What the hell is going on here?" She questions. Alexia was met with a view so chaotic. Her friend try to cook. She looks at her with a pointed look. "Sorry didn't mean to wake you up, just wanted to cook Marco something" Alexia groans at the metion of'her friend's perfect boyfriend' She is frustrated that she is waking up just because of silly reasons. She rolls her eyes and walks out of the kitchen as she silently prays the food will choke him. Alexia morning goes by, she showers and went to work. She is the general manager in an exclusive hotel meant for the higher ups. She works on things she needs to acknowledge and sips coffee in-between. Suddenly, black men barged into her office. "Ma'am, the Triplets are coming. We have been authorized to make sure that the they have a perfect stay.You will be in charge of it" "What the hell! I am only the general manager and not the exclusive manager. One, don't you dare barge in my office again. Two, don't you know the EM's office is?" Alexia seethes. she is furious because she doesn't want to be the one to attend to the Triplets. Rumors have it that they are as obnoxious and vicious as an animal can be. "We are sorry ma'am but the EM is involved in a fatal accident and as the next in office, you will be the acting EM for the time being" Alexia upon hearing the news, walked out and gets on the elevator to the General Director. She barged in and interrupted a video meeting going on. fortunately for her, the camera was not focused on her side. "Good day sir, I am hearing something about me being the Acting Exclusive Manager. I fail to understand why I will be taking the position. Why can't the management employ another person for the job since the damages of the EM is fatal" Alexia questions the Director. "Miss Alexia, I also fail to understand why you barge into my office based on frivolous issue. According to the Hierarchy of the Hotel, The General Manager is immediately after the Exclusive Manager. This indicate that, in the case of an emergency, the GM takes over the responsibility of the EM and GM. So this means you are the Acting EM presently." Mr. Johnson informs. "However sir, since the exclusive manager got into a fatal accident, I think it's best to employ another person. There is no guarantee that the exclusive manager will come back because of his accident. " Alexia reasons "Miss Alexia, there's no time to employ an exclusive manager now. The triplets are coming in few hours. We have not prepared so what time will we train an exclusive manager to the ways or preferences of the triplets. We would employ an exclusive manager later but for now you're the acting exclusive manager" "But sir......" "Please see yourself to the door" Alexia frowns at the command of a boss. She angrily walked out and cuss all through the way to her office. As she reaches her office and has calm down. She proceeded to recount her visit to the Director office. Then she realizes that the triplets are coming in few hours time and she has not prepared. Alexia wishes to avoid them but she does not want their anger on her. She makes a list and goes to the Departments. Her first stop was the kitchen. She confirms the foods to make, their allergy and the delicacies they tolerate. She gave an order to the General Manager of the Kitchen to bring a full and well detailed report on the Kitchen. After that, She goes to the Cleaning Department. She informs them that the twins are arriving in few hours. The bedspread and other should be in order with the twins preference. She also states that they should also submit their reports to the twins. After that, She goes to the Accounting Department. Alexia told them that the annual and weekly report should be available. Alexia does this to other departments. She advises that their report should be up to date and accurate. By evening, She was already tired and needed some rest. She decides to go home but before she goes, she has to make sure the rooms are well-arranged, stocked and adequate for the twins. By the time, She got to the Penthouse. She checks rigorously if all jobs were done diligently. She then entered their room and smiled at the result. She went to their office and saw the files from all the departments. She lets out a sigh and yawns out. Alexia mentally plans to soak herself in her tub for a very long time. Alexia was done and has confirmed their penthouse to be accommodating for them. She was about going when she heard the front door opening and footsteps. Alexia fidget, they are already here.
