I could feel how wide my eyes felt in my face, Silver chuckled softly rising with easy grace and with a come hither wave, walked over to the aged table standing on one side and inviting me to stand on the other, looking at me with a calm, bemused expression. I followed feeling apprehensive, eyeing the orb as if it might explode.
In the dark, the softly glowing orb took on a much more animated appearance. It was large, the size of a cantaloupe, and perfectly smooth from all appearances. It looked like thick crystal, foggy and included, with glowing points inside that tumbled and split, came together to split apart again, in a slow tumbling dance.
