As Kiara is getting ready to present her proposal to the committee, a man enters the room who could potentially partner up with her on this business proposal. Kiara was struck by his impressive appearance and can't help but take in all the details. He's well-built, with broad shoulders and a toned physique that suggests he takes care of his body. His piercing green eyes stand out against his tanned skin, making them a focal point of his face. His pitch-black hair is styled in a buzz cut, giving him a sleek and modern look. She noticed that he takes pride in his appearance, from his well-maintained stubble to his sharply angled eyebrows that complement his strong jawline. Despite his impressive looks, what really sets him apart is his strong will and dedication to his career. It's clear that he takes his work seriously and is willing to put in the effort to succeed. As she looked at him, I can't help but feel excited about the potential partnership we could form together.

It was clear that Paxton had a powerful presence that made even Amara, who was usually confident and poised, a little uneasy. She had shifted in her seat and was behaving in a way that was uncharacteristic of her. Kiara, on the other hand, seemed to have regained her composure relatively quickly. Although she could feel a hint of nervousness in her demeanor, she still managed to challenge Paxton with a question. "Welcome to The Oakley, now that you have finally arrived. Do you think we should introduce ourselves before starting?" Kiara made it evident that she was not one to back down from a challenge, even if it came from someone as imposing as Paxton. As they shook hands, Kiara could sense some tension between them building. They were both trying to assert their dominance, but there was also a sense of attraction between them that was hard to ignore. He smirked as he held out his hand "Paxton Hayes, and you are?" "Kiara Rose, if you could just take a seat and we will get started". He continued with his cocky smirk and took a seat next to Marcus. I then stood up at the opposite end of the table near the projector with Amara following behind to sit near the laptop to operate the presentation.

"Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for being here today to discuss the future of our next generation. As we all know, children are struggling in their day-to-day routines, including education, sports, well-being, and access to support". The presentation was truly heart-wrenching, as it included slides with images of innocent children living in poverty, struggling in a school setting, and statistics on the financial difficulties that many families are facing. "

It's difficult to see so many struggling in our community, especially those who are so vulnerable, but we can create the stepping stones in the right direction to help them achieve a brighter future. I propose to develop a curriculum that will cater to the ages of 0-10 and support children holistically. This curriculum will not only benefit the children but also the educational system as a whole." During the presentation Kiara provided a comprehensive overview of the proposed curriculum, covering essential aspects such as the rationale behind its implementation, the methodology, the content, as well as the timeline and the target audience. I also highlighted the positive impact that this curriculum could have on children's learning and development within the educational system.

"I understand that you may have questions about how this proposal is different from our current educational system. However, the graphs that I presented earlier were based on the current program and planning that is being taught throughout our educational systems. I have paperwork that demonstrates the reasoning behind my proposal, and I am confident that it will convince you all." Kiara distributed some paperwork to the four men who were experiencing a mix of emotions. She noticed that their facial expressions ranged from confusion to disgust and rolling of eyes. However, Kiara observed that Paxton appeared to be interested in the paperwork. At one point, she even saw a glimpse of what seemed like shock on his face, but she didn't have the time to dwell on it.

"I know some of you may be sceptical, but trust me, once you see the results, you will understand why this is a slam-dunk win. So, let's work together to create a better future for the next generation." Kiara shared with her audience the idea that every child is unique and learns differently. By adapting their education system to cater to each individual's learning abilities, they could help every child become a confident and competent learner. Kiara concluded her presentation with a powerful slide that showcased the inspiring journey of a child who had grown up in foster care, but who overcame the odds to become a successful and accomplished young adult.

Kiara exuded confidence as she wrapped up the proposal to Paxton and the commitee with conviction. Despite Paxton's initial surprise, Kiara remained unperturbed and presented her ending argument with a confident smile. Paxton then spoke up "how is becoming partners beneficial to me?" Kiara gave Paxton a coy smile and confidently stepped back and lined myself up to the slide portraying the success story of my youth and with self-assurance, She declared "Because I am living proof of this success" knowing that left Paxton feeling impressed and convinced of the proposal's potential.
