Narrator's POV

Walang kaalam-alam sila Andrea sa mga nangyayari kay Simon. Ang buong akala nila ay nasa hospital pa rin si Simon at ginagampanan pa rin ang kanyang tungkulin bilang doktor. Hanggang ngayon ay hindi pa rin kasi naiaayos ang linya ng kuryente dito sa subdivision nila. Lahat ng kapitbahay nila ay wala na ring nagagamit na kahit anong gadget o appliances na de kuryente. Bumuo na rin sila ng grupong magpapatrolya at magbabantay sa buong subdivision. Nagtulong tulong din silang magtayo ng mga watch towers at pati pagkakabit ng mga ilaw sa paligid ng subdivision. Nagkasundo ang bawat residente ng subdivision na magkaisa para maiwasang muling mangyari ang kaguluhan ng nagdaang linggo.

Metro Manila

Maraming parte na ng kalakhang maynila ang nakuha na ng isang malaking grupo ng mga armadong kalalakihan na pinamumunuan ng magkapatid na sina Jack and Jordan Manuel. Ang number 1 at 2 most wanted criminal ng PNP. Tatlong taon na silang nagtatago sa mga pulisya. Patong patong na kaso ang kanilang tinatakasan kagaya ng illegal g*n smuggling, illegal drugs, women and child trafficking, multiple counts of r**e at multiple counts of murder. Marami sa kanilang mga tauhan na nakalat na sa iba't ibang parte ng kalakhang maynila ang nagtayo na ng mga outpost para sa kanilang grupo.

Other parts of Luzon

Sa ibang parte ng Luzon, ang mga tao ay tila wala pang kaalam alam sa paparating na mas malalang pagsubok. Ang buong akala nila ay may darating pang tulong. Napapanood pa nilang naglalabas ng pahayag ang Malacañang na hanggang ngayon ay nakikiusap pa rin sa China upang magsumite na ng kanilang ulat tungkol sa nangyaring virus outbreak. Nakakapanood pa rin sila ng balita tungkol sa mga nangyayari sa iba't ibang bahagi ng mundo kung saan mas lalo ring lumala ang sitwasyon sa nagdaang isang lingo. Ayon sa balita, umabot na sa 560,890,400 ang kabuuang bilang ng mga namatay dahil sa virus at patuloy pa itong tumataas. Ubos na rin ang kanilang mga ipong pera at pagkain kaya marami na sa kanila ang natuto ng mangloob sa mga establishments na nagsara dahil sa ipinatupad na lockdown para makasurvive.

Sa Visayas at Mindanao

Dahil maraming resources hindi pa nararamdaman gaano ng mga tao sa kabisayaan at sa Mindanao ang hirap at gutom. Nakakapangisda ang mga tao kaya may napagkukuhanan pa sila ng pang-ulam at pagkakakitaan. Pero humihingi na rin sila ng tulong sa gobyerno o kung sino mang may mabuting puso. Napakarami na ring namatay sa kanila at patuloy pa ang pagtaas ng bilang ng mga namamatay. May mga lugar na dahil sa hirap ng transportasyon ay hindi na nadadala sa ospital ang kanilang mga namatay na mahal sa buhay. Inililibing nalang nila ang mga ito sa kanilang mga likod bahay.

In the United States

Gang wars and riots became more rampant. Where ever you look there is a car burning, house being ransacked, a dead body with stab wounds or a g*n shot. Burglary, murder, r**e, drugs. Who would have thought that after the virus outbreak people will still be blinded by the mistakes they have made. That they will still fail to realize that they have been dragging theirselves to the pit of hell. The police and military force is already down by forty percent because of the past week's incidents. Some died because of the virus and some got killed in the riots. But unlike before there were no twenty one g*n salute.

In Rome

Despite the strong advise of social distancing, devoted member of the catholic church gathered in St. Peter's Basilica for a novena led by the Pope. Hundreds of thousands has been praying for a miracle from the God Almighty. Keeping their belief that God will save them from this unknown virus that has killed millions of people. Catholic families who were not able to come to Vatican stayed in their home and are praying for days.

In Muslim countries

Muslims has been praying for salvation from Allah. Their strong belief is what's holding them together. The faith that all of this will to come to an end is what's keeping them sane and strong. They are also offering their dead to Allah and begging for him to guide them to peace.

In other parts of the world

Other religious groups started their march to different places that are believed to be holy. There are others whom in desperation has killed their sons or daughters in a ritual because of the belief that this will save them from the virus that already killed millions.

It looks like the grim reaper decided to pay the world a visit. It seems like he suddenly became bored and wanted to gather more company. It appears that the grim reaper had gone lonely and decided that he wants to do his harvest. Is there an end to this misery? If there is, when? Mothers and fathers are mourning, crying for the deaths of their children. Sons and daughters have been wondering when is Mommy and Daddy waking up? Their young minds still fail to understand that their parents are never again waking up. That their beloved mother and father had gone to meet their maker.

People in the mountains are hunting animals for their food. Killing innocent animals endlessly to stock up and avoid their own starvation. The poor people has became criminals. They became vagabonds and rogue. They think they have to if they want to survive. People are starting to create small groups of armed members ready to kill to protect their selves and do everything to survive. Their primal focus is to live and to keep living. They say this is the time when you say damn with the consequence. Nobody cares about the law anymore. No one gives a damn about humanity. Not a single soul left to think about the well-being of others. Now, it's every man for himself. Without the idea of what lies ahead in the future and with the knowledge of what is happening today, people stop caring. People stop thinking. They are now acting with one single thing in mind. To survive. They say this the test to the greatest. The survival of the fittest. Where the weakest gets to die first.
