a short while after the dance,Ii could feel my stomach grumble and eyes turned blurry ,i could have taken alot of wine or maybe the food.

I excused myself from Adam and headed to the washroom.

"Hey sis,it's been long,what are you doing here,"Amy said making me grumpy.

I looked at her with a worried face but I didn't want to show.

"Hey!!,"I replied with a scold on my face.

"I think we should get a private place,we have a lot to catch up on, right,"Amy said enthusiastically as she smiled sheepishly following me as made a disgusted face.

"How is college taking,you still haven't made any progress yet,I mean you still look lame just as you left home",Amy's said with a cold tone.

"it's just that I.....I have been trying to catch up with the studies and ummmm just trying to mind my own business",I replied in a calm voice trying to control my temper,I mean I didn't want to start a drama that could ruin the and paint a bad picture of us.

"minding your own business I see,"Amy sobbed sarcastically

"is it too hard to keep off people's partners,you ugly b****h",Amy groaned at me as anger raged In her,she seemed too pissed off.

I had no idea of what she was talking or who she was referring to,I mean I was not the type to hook with any random dude just as she did.

"wait!,what?,I yelled at her with a worried face.

I watched Amy through insults at me,but what really crashed my heart into pieces.i wished the earth would open up and swallow me rather than just sitting here and watched my younger sister throw insults at me,tears rolled down my face.

without wasting any second,I walked out of the washroom and banged the door as her reply.

I walked out to the hallway through the foyer and took a minute at the corridor to digest what exactly had happened.

"Hey,what are you doing outside this late,"It was Andrew,the man that caught my attention back at the dancefloor.

"is everything okay",he seemed very concerned about my well being

"I'm fine"I sighed distinguishly.

"what is it you want from her ,you just like the rest,do you really know what that makes her feel,do you even care about her,"Andrew's voice became serious .

He seemed angry at me,his red eyes could speak volumes of the agony he was in.

I couldn't believe my eyes,"what?",my friendship with Lynn was genuine and I had never be friended her because she was monied as he was trying to imply.

"don't think I don't understand where you are coming from,your dad and brother is sickly,he doesn't have a stable job does he?"he asked me in a commanding voice.

"How much money would keep you off from Lynn,name your price,how much?,you Golding b****h",Andrew yelled at me as he approached me.

Embarrassment wore my face and I was in a weird situation,no one ever talks I'll about my family no one.

I was buried in thoughts deeply thinking of what to reply and that is when I gathered a date devil courage and slapped his face , scratching his face

"How dare you,do you know me well,you'll pay for this,"Andrew yelled at me as he angrily banged the door behind me.

Suddenly,Adam came in found me on the floor, crying heart out,"what happened to you pretty,"he asked in a remorseful tone he tried to lift me from the ground.

"I'll never want to see him again ever in my,I deeply regret coming over here",I opened up as he hugged me and gave me a shoulder to cry on.

"He's such an asshole,why would he be so cruel to you like that,I got this don't,he has to pay for whatever atrocities ha has done"Adam angrily sobbed

At this point,I didn't even hear word he said ,I couldn't trust him either and the only thing that kept ringing up on my mind was how I was going to get the hell out of this place.

Suddenly I heard a soft voice cut through my train of thoughts,"you can depend on me on anything,"Adam calmly said as he pulled my waist toward him.

After a bit longer,I sighed and stood on my tippy toes and suddenly he pressed his soft lips against mine ,my heart was beating heavily against my chest an dmy body was was trembled uncontrollably.

His lips were softer than I imagined and tasted slightly like whiskey.I pulled away and knew almost right away that my face was flushed with embarrassment.He stared at me,the dark blue of his eyes glowing.

He looked shocked that I kissed him.

Suddenly there was a sudden knock at the door,I took a step back from him and turned my gaze to Vic ,my eyes lingered at him for a long while ,his gaze in return gave me a slight chill down the back of my spine .

It wasn't supposed to be me at this corridor kissing Adam,it was supposed to be Amy all along,she was the choosen first.

However it was because of her hot headed attitude and a hot mouth that landed me into all this trouble,I had nothing to lose either way,there was a rigde between the both of us.
