Chapter 21After the game, Charlie did exactly what she'd told Mom she was going to do: she went for pizza with Gloria and Sutra. Of course, she hadn't told Mom where they were going for pizza...not that she could have, since it was the one place she couldn't mention to anyone who wasn't a member of Nil: The Bunker.
Oberon had called everyone in for a debriefing to go over the operation they'd just concluded. But there was pizza, too, and that made it more like a party. So did the fact that they'd just gotten Gantry and Devon and several of their teammates hauled away by the cops.
Thinking back, Charlie still had trouble believing it had happened. It all seemed like a dream, too good to be true. No one could get those bullies arrested, could they? No one had even dared try.
