I shake off the tingling sensation and rush out the door. It has to be my imagination, right? It’s just wishful thinking. The moon isn’t even out yet. After bolting across campus toward the Sociology building, I burst through the classroom door just as the professor is taking attendance. All eyes in the room look up at me curiously, but then look back down at their desks without making a sound. I’m just another face in the crowd here, and sometimes that’s a pretty refreshing change.. I silently take a seat toward the back of the room and pull out my notebook and pencil just as the professor dims the lights and begins a slideshow.
