" Mr Hall you've probably never met Miss Hall , she's representing H Tech , they are as you know one of our trusted partners " Mr Will a member of the board and Paul's direct secretary explains .

" being" trusted " partners isn't an excuse to keep us waiting " he says directly looking at Alice.

" Mr Grayson " Alice begins faking a smile " you're probably standing in for your father like I am , we truly appreciate your patience and are sorry for keeping you waiting due to reasons we are not able to control " she says in a calm and professional tone causing everyone to glance at her but she totally ignored them adding " now with that out of the way , let us proceed with the meeting . "

Stuart smirks " all right , with all the time spent I believe we should get straight to the point . Over the past few years there has been there has been an increased demand for newer and more advanced technological inventions from top Tech companies around the world including ours which led our our team to come up with the idea of " the A.I bot " . If you take a look at the tablets in front of you , you'll find carefully listed details about the project " he explains as they are all going through their tablets " our vision is to create human's best friend which will create less work and reduce stress . as we all know ... "

" I don't see the use of it " Alice cuts in , blurting out with a straight face

" I'm sorry what ? " Stuart asks

" I said I don't see the use of it " she says slightly louder " basically what you're suggesting is the creation of a bit with human features that will only make people lazy all in the name of less stress I'm sorry but I highly disagree with that ."

" I don't know miss Hall , this might be a really good idea , recently there has been a lot of robots doing lots of things for humans all in the name is less stress , I don't see why we can't do the same " one of the other men in the room comments

" well if there are already robots doing these things what will make ours stand out , ? " she asks

" because miss Hall , our Ai bot will have all the features of the others in one not having to buy a different product to perform every different task " Stuart answers

" so if I had a vacuum , just thinking out loud here , a blow dryer and possibly other items , as a customer do you really think that I'll toss all these things away just to get an Ai bot ? "

" not at all Miss Hall , like every sensible person , the right thing to do I believe is to sell those items out in order to generate the needed income to purchase an Ai bot " everyone else in the room definitely feels the pressure in the room like an army at a war front waiting to strike but remained silent

" who exactly are our target customers " ?

" everyone " Stuart answers confidently

" well if everyone wants an AI bot whii exactly will buy the old gadgets ? " she asks with a smirk that screams 'checkmate' making Stuart unable to answer for some time

" there will always be customers Miss Hall " he manages to say .

" I believe it's time we let the board express their thoughts through a vote , I'll be outside I believe my decision on the matter is quite obvious " she says before walking out .

Alice is standing at the hallway just outside the office, taking in the exquisite view through the large window when Stuart walks up behind her .

" you know you could just let it go right ? " he asks startling her

" what do you want Stuart " she says after regaining herself still backing him .

" look I'm sorry for what happened in highschool but a lot has changed since then and so have I , everything I do I do for the benefit of the company and I won't let anything compromise that so out here we could be frenemies from highschool but in there " he points towards the meeting room" let's throw all that away and be professional if not for anything then for the benefit of both companies " . he says in a low but serious tone.

Alice scoffs " you really think I .."

" Mr Grayson , Miss Hall the results are ready " Mr Ron says while sticking his head out of the door interrupting them and they all go inside the meeting room .
