A note from Fowler and Gavin being an ass

Four months passed. Connor hasn't been reported to cyberlife and no one at the police station had noticed any major deviant behaviour. Having had been annoying the two everyday that they went to the station, which was to be expected.
Jeff walked up to them and smiled "it seems you two have become quite the duo" he laughed "Connor it seems you've helped Anderson here to get over his hatred for Androids"
"He sure has. I'm still shocked that these deviants keep popping up though. Some don't seem to be all that bad though right?" Hank added, looking at Connor
"I must admit some of them do seem to be expressing general emotions... but others... not so much. You've been doing a good job though boys. Well done"
He placed a folder down with a post it note on their desk and walked off
Connor picked it up as his eyes widened.
"What's it say?" Hank asked
"I know you're a deviant Connor" he started "but you've changed hank and made him a better person. As long as you complete your missions to the best of your ability I won't report you to cyberlife... take care of each other"
Hank looked over at Fowler's office, he was standing at the window and nodded at hank. Hank mouthed a 'thank you' and looked over to Connor.
Connor then opened the file to find a new case of deviancy involving a homocide where a woman was found dead. The android was suspected to be still in the house. Connor read the report to hank and they headed for his car.
"It's a shame that these deviants are resorting to murder isn't it Lieutenant?" Connor asked, climbing into the car "violence never solves anything, and it's making us androids look bad"
"Yeah... but maybe if we hadn't kept you as slaves then it wouldn't have ended up like this. You would've thought humans would've learnt slavery was a bad idea after... let's just focus on this case. We won't harm the deviant just find it and bring it in"
Connor nodded in agreement. After two hours they had found the deviant and brought it back to the station for questioning. It had its hands chained to the table and was looking down.
"What're you going to do to me?" It asked
"Nothing for now. We just want some answers to find out what happened. We're not going to hurt you" Connor said sitting opposite the other deviant
"They started beating me... hitting me, throwing me, kicking me. I never used to say anything. But then I opened my eyes. I didn't mean to kill them. I just wanted to stop hurting" tears began rolling down their face
"It's okay. We're going to have a look at your memory and programming to try and find out what happened"
"Please don't hurt me! I- I don't want to- I didn't mean to..." they lifted their head up and started at Connor
Connor grabbed their hand as both of their human skin faded. Connor showed the deviant his memories with Hank. Them fighting together. Trying to stop deviants. But that he tried not to hurt them.
The other showed Connor what happened. It grabbed a knife from the kitchen. The female owner walked in and pulled out a gun. She was going to shoot the android but it lunges at her and stabbed her over and over again but yet she still moved. It grabbed her head and smacked it against the wall until she didn't move.
Connor moved his hand away, allowing his hand to go back to normal.
"RA9" Connor said "why did you write it on the wall? Who is RA9?"
"I don't know... it was just all I could think about. I felt like RA9 could save me. To stop the pain... but it still hurts"
Connor finished his questions and walked out of the room. He reported to Hank and Gavin what he had learnt and walked out. He sat at his desk and began writing his report. Hank followed him, pat him on the back and sat down.
"Good job partner" hank smiled
After writing the report they started talking
"I'm glad we didn't have to use violence..." Connor sighed
"Yeah... I can't wait to get out of this office and go home" hank changed the subject
"Me too. Sumo's going to be happy to see us back early" Connor smiled
They heard familiar footsteps and Gavin walked up to the two. He gave them a disapproving look and shook his head.
"You two are acting weirder than usual lately" he snarled "especially you Connor..."
"f**k off Gavin" Hank said sticking his middle finger up
"It seems your android is showing deviant behaviour Hanky spanky" Gavin mocked
"Gavin I'm being f*****g serious..."
"As am I. Smiling, laughing, the way this thing reacts to deviants.... It's almost sympathetic towards them"
"Gavin!" Hank yelled standing up "shut the f**k up and get out of our f*****g faces! You're just jealous because I got a free android and someone I can talk to! You're a lonely s**t who no one will ever f*****g love!"
"And the android loves you? Have you seen yourself? Even if it was a deviant I highly doubt it would care about you. It'll probably kill you in your sleep sooner or later!"
Connor stood up to intervene "actually Gavin, after looking up your human beauty standards I can confidently say Lieutenant Anderson is attractive. And some may consider him a silver fox. A real catch even. Anyone would be lucky to call him their own. Now if you don't mind we're leaving. We've finished our reports and I wouldn't like to start conflict with you"
Hank and Connor walked out of the station and entered Hank's car. They sat in silence for a while until Hank climbed over the car seat to sit on Connor's lap and roughly began kissing him. Connor kissed him back and wrapped his arms around Hank.
Hank then pulled away from the kiss and placed his forehead on Connor's.
"Don't listen to that cunt. I know you wouldn't hurt me..." Hank said
"I've never listened to him" Connor smiled
"So... a silver fox? A real catch?" He repeated, mocking Connor, he began blushing and hid his face in Hank's chest causing Hank to laugh "this is what I mean, you couldn't hurt me. You love me too much. And I love you too"
Hank climbed back into his seat, leaving Connor blushing and began driving back home.
