"Guys stop!" I all but whined at my cousins as we exited the bar.

"But Lilly, he was so cute! You're fear chased away a hot man!" Avery laughed as she poked my side.

"He is just like all the others," I whispered softly.

"No he isn't and you know it," Cam smirked, wrapping his arm around me. "He pushed his brothers away and allowed you your freedom. Hell I've had a mate since I was young and she was two hours old when I claimed her... Okay, that sounded creepier than I intended but you know what I mean!"

Laughing softly, my eyes naturally looked behind me and found my mates. My heart stopped beating for a moment and my wolf whined for me to go to him. Smiling softly, I waved at him but he turned away from my gaze and started walking in the other direction. Did he not want me since he thought that I was someone else... Shouldn't I be happy about that? However, as I saw him leave, my heart hurt. "You guys are leaving the bar already," a familiar voice sighed in disappointment at us.

Smiling happily, I turned around to see Thea, "Thea, when did you get here?" I beamed, moving away from Cam to give her a hug.

"long enough to drop off my bags and find out that I missed your jail break. How could you all do that without me? I've been dying to see the all mighty Lyal lose to our parents!"

"Its not our fault you were slow," Allison huffed, crossing her arms in an attempt to act pitiful.

"Don't be like that," Thea sighed softly, walking to Allison. "Why are you being all huffy already?"

"You promised you would ride with us! I had to deal with Avery all by myself!"

"I had a test at school I couldn't get out of," Thea frowned, reaching up to cup Allison's cheek. "I'm sorry."

All of us stared at the two of them in shock as we watched their exchange. "Um... Anyone else wonder what the hell is up with the lovey dove atmosphere?" Avery asked, breaking the silence.

Allison turned red as her eyes went wide, seeming to remember that we were all there. "Um..."

"Don't you dare Um us!" Avery growled at her twin. "You guys were always good friends but what the hell is up with this atmosphere? You guys went into your own little bubble!"

"Told you we wouldn't be able to hide this for long," Thea grumbled under her breath as she took Allison's hand.

"Are you serious!" Nadelle cheered, clapping.

"What is it with the family and taking "keep it in the family" so seriously," Avery threw her hands up in the air in anger.

"Avery..." Allison frowned, reaching for her sister.

"Don't Avery me!" Avery snapped as she stomped her feet. "I want to hear what is going on from your own mouth. Don't lie to me Allison!"

"I...I" Allison whimpered softly, trying to pull away from Thea. However, the woman held her hand tight as she looked at Avery unwavering. "Thea?"

"Don't!" Avery held up her hand to stop Thea from talking. "I am not asking her anything, Allison! I am asking you."

Allison whimpered sadly as her sister all but yelled at her.I could see in her eyes that she was trying to come up with something to say, but for some reason she was scared. "Avery..." I frowned, taking her hand.

"Why is no one else bothered by this!" Avery snapped, yanking her hand away from me.

"You hate it that much..." Allison whispered as tears fell from her face. "I... Sorry." Before any of us could say something, Allison turned and ran towards the palace.

"wow... just wow," Thea shook her head as she turned to run after Allison.

"Avery what the hell!" I snapped, slapping my cousin on the back of the head.

"What!" Avery growled, rubbing her head. "I cannot believe that they think this is okay!"

"Why isn't it!" I snapped in anger. "Why is their relationship wrong and Cam and Terra's isn't?"

"Hey!" Cam frowned, not liking that I was using his relationship to prove a point.

Avery frowned, looking at me, "I don't have a problem with their relationship. I could care less about my sister's sexuality or who she is with."

"Then what the hell was all that about!" Nadelle yelled in frustration.

"Thea turned 18 2 years ago. If they are mates, that means my sister has been hiding her mate from me for two years! How is that not messed up?!?"

"Okay, someone get her before I kill her!" Nedelle yelled as she ran after Allison and Thea.

"We should head back," I sighed, taking Cam's hand so he would start walking, knowing that he wouldn't leave unless I went too.

"why is everyone losing their minds?" Avery frowned following us.

"Because you're a jerk!" I snapped at her. "You blew up on your sister and made it seem like you were pissed she was gay! Maybe there is a reason she was scared to tell you!"

"But I would never hate her for that... I mean our fathers are gay." Avery tilted her head, confused.

"No one ever said that fear is a rational thing. Otherwise my father wouldn't have me locked up in a tower from a monster that is dead." Turning to Avery, I made her stop. "Allison values your opinion more than anyone else. Thea and you didn't get along when you were younger and now she is her mate. Maybe Allison was afraid that if you knew Thea was her mate you wouldn't want to see her."

"But... twin trumps mate." Avery frowned, looking between Cam and me. "Did I really sound like I hated her because she was gay?" We both nodded sadly, making Avery curse. "I was just mad that she wouldn't tell me... I wanted her to tell me, not someone else. I was hurt."

"I know. Now go fix it." I smiled softly, pushing Avery towards the castle.

"Are we not following?" Cam frowned, watching as Avery disappeared, leaving us alone.

"I want to keep breathing the fresh air. I'm not looking forward to being locked up again."

"Then what do you want to do," Cam smirked evily.

"You know if I didn't know us I would think you had dirty ideas."

"Now I'm going to hurl," Cam laughed, wrapping his arm around me as he led me through the city.

"Where are you dragging me too?" I giggled softly, wrapping my arm around his waist as we walked.

"Well it happens to be a full moon and a loud birdie told me that she had been dying to let her wolf run." Cam smirked evily at me as we headed into the nearby forest.

'Run!' Zion howled excitedly.
