“Come on. Are you ready?”
Grandma Lucy stood in the hallway. She even appeared to be standing straighter than she had when Brad first came to Orchard Grove. It was like watching her age in reverse.
“I’m ready, young man, but I still don’t see why we need to drive all the way out to Seattle just to have a doctor tell you what I’ve been saying all week. God has healed me, and in his grace he’s restored me to perfect health. I haven’t felt this strong in decades.”
