The silence in the room was so loud that one can hear the ants discussing,I warned you, didn't I, I guess you know who called, it's high time you be useful to yourself,pity your heart before stroke comes knocking,they have already agreed her marriage even without her knowledge and you are waiting for miracle,keep dreaming.

I felt totally stupid and used,I just wished there was a way I could get out of the house at that moment,all I could do was to avoid looking at her noticing how she was trying to get my attention, I had to find a way to move out from the bed to think,kasie what is wrong?, nothing,I want to go and take my bath,looking at her for asking such a question, surprisingly her face looked more of a happy person than a disturbed one,she wanted to say something but it looks as if she lost how to put it,I am sure you heard the caller on the phone,yes I did,I thought you would ask me who was that and maybe what is going on,I did very well in controlling the anger that was brewing in me,how can she ask me that,does she know miserable I feel only being a tool to be used at will,but I had to hide my hurt yet again,shade who was that,I asked with a very calm voice,the look of surprise was still much visible on her face,that was Tolu my ex,your ex and he is coming for your marriage introduction,I cut in,she was silent but still staring at me as if trying to read my mind.
