Chapter 4

A month went by and I finally got a moment to myself, I just sat down in my chair in the office when Sam comes strolling in with a great big grin on his face.  I say to myself "this should be good" while just smiling back at Sam.

Sam sits down in a chair in front of my desk and says "when are you planning on taking another family event?  Your children have been wondering while giving hints to all of us to tell them".  I said " tomorrow, I am getting the last of my work done tonight, and hopefully Xavier can also".  Sam says "hmmm...and what about your mates?  What have you decided our task will be with them?"  I tell Sam "Its more for me and the children..If my mates think they are going to consume my time with them instead of the children I would need you to distract them for me.  I still want to investigate about this witch Sam, and I know you are against this but I need this.  If we find out the rumor is not true I will drop this subject, but I need to know".

Sam shakes his head and says "fine but if the rumor is not true I don't want to hear about it ever again.  Deal?"  I look at Sam and say "deal".

The next day me, Xavier, and my guardians make our way to The Moon Claw Pack house to pick up the children and my mates.  I was hoping Connor and Theron wouldn't have their work done, and I would have the children to myself.  Long behold I have to be on Saint-Peter's s**t list because they were coming to the fair with us.

I think I tried every ride in the fair between my 5 children while playing every game that was possibly there, but I enjoyed spending the time with them.  Not knowing it would be the last time if the witch existed.  Theron came up beside me and asked "do you want to go on the Ferris Wheel with me and Connor?  We would like to talk to you away from the children, and the guardians".  I released a breath and finally gave in and said "yes".

I told Sam and the rest of the guardians to watch the children while I go on the Ferris Wheel with Theron and Connor.  Sam says "sure and good luck".

We get on the Ferris Wheel with me in between the guys.  Theron says "I miss you".  I don't say anything to him just look at him.  Theron holds my hand in his trying to search for words that would touch my heart enough to make me go back home with them after the fair, but their is nothing he could say nor Connor to make me go back with them.  Connor says "Its hard not seeing you around the mansion.  Me and Theron keep staring at your empty room everyday thinking of what we could do to get you back.  I would like to start courting you again trying to get our connection back.  My heart has a empty space that you filled, and since I lost you it hasn't been whole again.  I am willing to try anything as long as your by my side, and so is Theron" while kissing my left hand.

I need to fix things between me and the guys, but I am not sure its the right time.  I tell them "I need time Connor and Theron to figure out if my heart could ever forgive both of you.  I still love you both but courting me right now will not help the situation we are all in.  I need time and space apart from both of you".  The Ferris Wheel finally stopped to let us off, when the guy lifted the bar I left my mates side as fast as I could, and made my way to our children to change the entire subject.

Sam says "you survived but where are they?"  I tell Sam "I ran as fast as I could to get away from them".  Sam laughs while I punched his arm hard.  Sam says "okay, okay don't have to bruise me for it".  Finally my mates caught up to us.

We played enough games so Xavier could win his two baby sisters a hug stuff teddy bear.  I ask the children are they ready to eat, because I wanted to take them to a food court.  They haven't ever seen one let alone ate near a bunch of humans before.  We all headed for the mall to a food court.  Everyone ordered their meals while I payed for them.  Connor and Theron sat at the table with me and the guardians while the children sat at the table close to us.

I felt bad not wanting to spend time with them, but I knew it is the only way they will get the hint I need time to myself to figure out what I want to do.  The children were talking to other humans and enjoying there interaction.  Brianna face was red as a beet while Bianca was putting on a girly girl act with one of the human boys.  Luckily my sons had there heads on straight and kept their sisters in line.

It was late by the time we got Theron, Connor, and the children back to The Moon Claw Pack house.  The children all hug me goodnight and said "they loved being out together as a family" while my mates said "I love you" before giving me a kiss on the cheek and entering the mansion.  I get back into the car beside Xavier.  Xavier head kept bobbing up and down trying to keep himself awake.  I push him close to me and tell him " have a nap and I will wake you up when we arrive home".

After 25 minutes we arrived home, I got Sam to take Xavier to his room while Alex park the cars for the night.  I went to my bedroom and took off my jacket while placing my purse on the vanity.  I walk towards  Xavier room to check on him before taking a hot bath to warm myself up before going to bed.

After my bath I relax in my bed while watching Aliens on TV.  Sam knocks at my door and says "well tonight was eventful to a certain degree".  I looked at Sam while saying "I enjoyed having fun with the children for once.  Mind you.. you were suppose to keep Theron and Connor busy , and yet I landed up on a Ferris Wheel ride with them".  Sam says "you can't ignore them forever Alyra.  You need to face them and make a decision to either forgive them or end your marriage to them".  I look at Sam and said "I know, but they haven't giving me any time or space from them either.  They are constantly around me when they bring the children around".

Sam says "I know but they are also scared of losing you, and they know if you have the space you ask for you would probably divorce them. They are trying to fix things between you and them.  Watching Aliens before going to sleep, really!" while laughing.  I tell Sam "nothing much on TV so I decided to watch it until I fall asleep".  Sam says "well goodnight and see you tomorrow".  I tell him "thanks for the help" while saying goodnight to him.
