Chapter 15: Torture

**Levi's POV**

-Flashback-

"Levi, stop! Pleasee!" (Y/n) begged while holding onto my arm.

" I SAID STOP!!" She jeered.

Without thinking straight, I plunked her away with my strength. Her head smashed onto the wall without me realising. I glanced at (y/n) and discovered a pool of blood covering the floor as my eyes widened in surprise & grief. I averted my gaze from the floor to (y/n) remorseful.

"EHHH! (Y/N) ARE YOU O--" Hanji panicked and handed her hand out when (y/n) brushed it away.

Her eyes filled with anger,hatred, enmity & sadness pierced through me. She clenched her fist and sent me a death glare as her lips quivered. I could see the tears starting to form in her eyes. She stood up and dashed away,exiting the castle.

My lips quivered trying to call out her name but I couldn't. No words could describe how I felt.

On that day, on that night, I lost her. I lost someone who meant the world to me. And what was left was the pathetic me again.

"Any sign of her?!" Hanji asked rummaging through the forest in the night right after the incident with a lantern on her hand.

"Not yet." Eren sighed.

"Nope." Armin respired. Mikasa shook her head.

"Keep on searching. I don't give a single f**k if you're exhausted or are about to pass out anytime. Keep looking for (y/n)!!" I firmly instructed them.

'Where are you,(y/n)?'

**Y/N's POV**

Surrounded by cold darkness and stale, dusty air, you gasped for air as you could feel the fear and anxiety building up inside you. You realized that you were being blindfolded and you were tied up to a chair. Your mouth was tied up too, preventing you from calling for help.

The rope cinched between your wrists and your ankles were securely tied to the chair legs. You could feel a rope wrapped around your abdomen area. Sweat trickles down your forehead as you struggled to escape. The more you struggle, the more friction was created between your skin and the rope creating blisters on your skin.

'Where am I? What happened?...rightt, I was in the forest panting after running away when.......that's when I fainted..'

Your heart started to beat in a faster rate and your breath quickened. You could hear your pulse beating in your ears. Horrifying scenes flashed through your mind and unknowingly,your tears slowly rolled down.

'No! Don't cry. GET YOURSELF TOGETHER,(Y/N)!! You're a soldier for crying out loud.'

Strangely after a while, you felt your fear whisked away like a swarm of gnats caught in the wind, replaced by an intense curiosity. Millions of questions rushed through your mind when a soft cold touch made contact with your cheeks. It's skin's touching yours starts to send goosebumps through your body. You trembled and took in a deep breath when the person took off your blindfold and untied your mouth.

You saw a figure standing right in front of you but it was blurry. At first you could only see shadows, but they soon turned into a shape of a body. As if the lens of a camera had sharpened its focus, you could see the person's face clearly.

'Teal eyes, blue haired, muscular body. That's...'

"Grim.." You muttered under your breath as your teeth clenched together.

"What do you f*****g want?!" You raised your voice as he leaned forward towards you and grabbed your hair. His face was a few inches from yours.

"Your life." He smirked. Anger took over you and you spit him in the face. His lips pursed and with his strength, he pulled your hair back. Your head jerked back. Pain screamed through your head in a horrible sting. You bit your lips enduring the pain.

"I heard you're a titan shifter...which means I could torture you as much as I can and you can regenerate afterwards." He grinned.

"Wha-what are you planning to d-do?" You croaked out. You had a bad feeling about this.

"Oh you'll see." He wickedly smile as he took out a clamp plier-looking-thing. He bent down towards your feet and stared at it before making the next move. He took of your shoes and your bare feet was revealed. He positioned the clamp-plier on your nails and looked up to you,grinning.

"Wh-what WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!? NONONONONON PLEASE DON--" Your sentence were cut off by your scream as he ripped off your nails one by one.

"AGGHHHRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHH HNGGGGRRRHHHH AHHHHGGGGGGHGGHH!!!!!!!" You screamed ontop of your lungs in pain until your voice cracked a little.

"HAHAHAHGAGAHAGA!!!" He laughed madly enjoying the sight as he continuously ripping your nails off. The stinging pain screamed throughout your body. It feels as though your entire body got shocked by electric. The pain was unbearable.

"f**k YOU. f**k YOU FOR RUINING MY LIFE!!" He yelled in anger as he continued tearing off my nails until all of them were ripped away.

"The f**k you just said? You were the one who ruined my life!!"You snapped.

"SHUT UP." He ordered and sent you a hard slap on the cheeks. The sound echoed through the room. The pain gave your cheeks a burning sensation and you shot him a death glare.

Smoke started to appear and surrounded your feet as your nails regenerate.

"Interestinngggggggggg!" He beamed as he briefly inspected it.

You pant and asked him, almost yelling at him,"What did I ever do to you?"

"........because of you.... BECAUSE OF YOU, I GOT KICKED OUT BY LEVI." He clenched his fist and gritted his teeth.

"Its not my fault you got kicked out! You were the one who tried to kill me!!"

You retorted and continued," stop pushing all the blames on me!"

"I had no place to live after I got kicked out....." He whispered.

"I HAD NO FOOD TO EAT NO WATER TO DRINK NO PLACE TO LIVE NO FAMILY. I LOST EVERYTHING!!!" He shouted and you noticed a tear escaped from his eyes. His eyes were filled with enmity, sadness & loneliness.

"........I'm sorry...." You apologised.

"Hah,, do you think sorry is enough? After what you did? SORRY DOESNT CHANGE A SINGLE THING!"

"AND KILLING ME DOESNT CHANGE ANYTHING."

Everything went silent and he moved behind you when you suddenly felt a cold metal making contact with your fingers. Your hand was tied behind your back so you couldn't move your hand. Thats when it happened. Thats when the pain struck you.

"AHHHHHGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHGGGHHHHHHH!!" You cried.

He pulled out your fingers with the clamp-plier detaching it again and again and again and again and AGAIN AND AGAIN. You started gasping for breath as you could feel yourself choking on your tears.

"S-stop." You croaked out. "Pl-Please......." Your fingers then started to regenarate.

"Don't worry, it'll end soon..." He smiled wickedly as he took out a red-headed centipede from a jar. He hold it at the tip. Grim moved to your ear and thats when a tingling sensation ran through your body. You realised the centipede had slid into your ear.

Your eyes widened and your teeth gritted. You couldn't endure it. It was so ticklish that you began stomping your feet to the ground and began fidgeting around.

"NO-AHAHA NO STOP HAAHHA AHHHHHH!!" You stomped even harder.

"PLEASE JUST STOP!!!"

After what seemed an eternity, you felt the tingling sensation left you and realised the centipede crawled out from your other ear. You panted vigorously when Grim pulled your hair towards him.

"Next will be your precious captain." He whispered right next to your ear and you could feel the hot breath brushes against your skin letting a chill ran down your spine. With that he wore a mask and exited the room leaving the traumatized you alone.

**Levi's POV**

We continued rummaging through the forest and there was no sign of (y/n).

"Levi, lets just search for her tomorrow. It'll be easier to find her during daylight." Hanji said.

"f**k no." I balled my fist.

"Levi, we are all--" Hanji's sentence was cut off by me when I heard a rustle not far away from us.

"Shut up."I instructed her.

"What? Shut up? Oh wow. Here we are helping to search for (y/n) in the middle of the night and all you can say is shu--" Again her words were cut off.

"I said shut the f**k up!!" I shot her a death glare. All of a sudden, I caught a glimpse of someone not far away from us. It was dark so I couldn't see anything. Thats when a cried appeared.

"ARGHH!" I turned to where the cried came from and realised Armin's leg was injured. There was a cut on his leg,a deep one.

"Armin!!" Eren rushed to Armin when suddenly he got knocked by someone. Eren fell to the ground unconscious. Mikasa gasped in horror, her shock face then turned into anger. She took out her blades preparing to fight.

I felt a presence behind me and spun around taking out my blades. I pointed the blades directly on the person's neck.

"Who are you?" I asked frowning.

"Hooo~ Captain Levi. It has been awhile since I---" his sentence were cut off.

"On the second thought, Dont tell me who you are. I'll find out myself." I charged my blades towards but he swiftly dodged it. Following the sound of his footsteps, I could figure out where he was easily.Again, I lunged my blades towards him. He parried swiftly but could not avoid the s***h of steel cutting through his flesh.

"Got you." I smirked and made the second move when he swung around and gave me a fast and powerful roundhouse kick but I caught his legs. I thrust my elbows towards it causing him to groan and crumpled to the floor. He was facing the floor so I kicked him flipping him over.I stepped on his ribs when he pulled my legs letting me fall hard on the ground. He stood up and thrust his blade towards me when I blocked it with my blade. The sound of metallic clanging of swords echoed through the forest. I pushed him away and he stumbled back.

"Tchh." Pissed off, I sent him a hard punch on the jaw and cut him in the arms then legs. He fell to the ground and with that, I swiftly took off his mask.

"EHHHHHHHHH!!!" Hanji gasped.

"Hoo~ Didnt thought I would see you again,,Grim."

Eren let out a long groan, he was conscious again. Mikasa was by his side.

"I have your precious,(y/n)" he smirked showing his bleeding teeth. My eyes widened with anger. Furious I stabbed him in the stomach repeatedly.

"THE f**k YOU JUST SAID?!!!" I raged.

"WHERE IS SHE!??! GIVE HER BACK! YOU FUCKER." I stabbed him repeatedly when Hanji stopped me.

Grim coughed out blood and laughed,"Torturing her was fun."

With that, I stabbed my blades right through his heart without hesitating.

**Y/N's POV**

No words came out. You wanted to scream ,You wanted to shout, call for help, but you just cant. Tears kept flowing from your eyes as you silently sobbed,your head facing the ground.

'Somone please help me..'

All of a sudden the door started banging. Your shoulders bounced and you looked up. It kept banging & banging. The door could just bust open anytime sooner. Your heart throbs even faster. Then it happened. The door flung opened. Scared, you shut your eyes bracing yourself for another torture from Grim when a familiar voice called out your name.

"(Y/N)!!!!!!"

'Hanji?' You slowly opened your eyes and discovered Hanji hugging you tightly while crying. Her tears soaked your clothes. Levi came rushing towards you and untied your legs and hands. He wasnt in his normal stoic face. After being freed, you wobbly stood up and recived a warm hug from the back. you realised it was Levi. He began to hug you even tighter.

"Uhhhh, Levi *coughs* I cant....b--"

"Oh sorry!!" He let go of you and you let out a long breath.

'His eyes looked different.. Is he....waittt .... Could it be? No wayyy!!'

"Are you crying?!" You asked shocked. You've never seen Levi cry before. Neverr in your life.

"Shut up,brat." He stepped closer to you and pecked your lips. You received an 'awwww' from Hanji but a glare from Eren.

Both Eren & Mikasa was carrying the injured Armin by the arm.

"ARMIN? WHAT HAPPENED?" You gasped.

"Ahhh just a little cut." Armin gave you a smile.

"Grim did this to you didnt he?" You eyebrows furrowed. There was a long silence before Levi spoke.

"His dead now."

"WHAT?!" You couldn't believe your ears. You staggered your way to Armin when suddenly your head aches. Your body weakened. You were so tired that you could faint any sooner. You shook your head but your vision became blurry. Suddenly, you fell to the ground with a loud thud. Black spots started to appear and you tried to fight off the darkness but you couldn't. You let the darkness took over you.

"(Y/N)!!!" Levi's voice was the last thing you heard.
