Elizabeth POV.
As I finished dressing up, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders.
My mood was lighter, making me sing and dance around our shared bedroom with Alpha Tyson.
He was gone and so for a little while, I allowed myself be free.
I twirled in front of the vanity mirror, humming the lullaby my mother used to sing for me. The gentle melody brought a sense of calm to me.
It made me feel like my parents were with me.
I missed them and since I couldn't have them, I could at least have fun with the memories they had left inside of me.
Seated in front of the mirror, I brushed my hair slowly, watching the long strands glide through the brush.
My mind wandered back to my attempt to visit Rose in the dungeon. The guards had stopped me, citing Tyson’s orders that I wasn’t to see her.
