The girls ran into town and to the police station. When they got there Hannah called her dad and told him where she was. Luckily her mother used to work here so she already knew most of them. She went to her mom's old and partner and told her everything that happened. When Hannah finished explaining her mother's old partner just sat looking at her with a look of disbelief and sadness. "Are you sure you're not just stressed about the situation? I know you must miss your mother, I mean we all do, but what you heard wasn't your mother." the old pattern said to Hannah while rubbing her shoulder trying to comfort her. "I know it wasn't her, that's the problem!" Hannah yelled while standing up, " If you guys don't believe me you can ask my friends, or better yet come to my house and see what that thing did". Officer Lacey sighed, "We already sent some officers down there and they'll report back when they get there. I know that you probably already called your dad do why don't you go wait with your friends while I tell him that you're here."

"What did they say?" Clover asked worriedly. "What do you think they said, no one is going to believe that crap, we would've been better off saying that some homeless guy attacked us. At least than it would be believable." Roxanne said in a huff. " You don't have to be an a*s about it, but yeah there's no way there going to believe us, at least not about the monster mom part, they should know that a bunch of school girls aren't going to be able to destroy a house, at least not to that degree." Janasia said. Hannah flopped down on the chair then let out a grown "I can't believe they expect people to be able to sit in these chairs, sigh, she looked at me like I was crazy. she's gonna call my dad and tell him we're here and they sent some officers to check out the house." Hannah said frustrated. "We'll stay here with you Hannah, I don't think I'll be able to walk home anyway with something like that going around" Clover said, just then Officer Lacey walked up to the girls,

"I just got off the phone with the other officers, they said it looks like a bear or something busted in there, their looking at nearby camera footage to see what it was, I spoke to your dad, told him about everything he went ahead and started on down there to see the damages and check with the insurance company. He said that you should call him.". Then the police officer walked away. " Well then problem solved, they'll be able to see whatever that thing was and call the government or something to get rid of it and then this whole thing will be behind us and we can move on" Clover explained. "How the hell are we supposed to move on from that!?" Roxanne exclaimed. "you need to calm down" Janasia yelled at Roxanne. Hannah looked down at here phone ignoring her friends and went to text her dad.

"Hey sweetie, I'm talking to the insurance company now, this is all going to take a while so you should head to one of your friends house, then I'll come pick you up when you're ready and we'll have to stay at a hotel for a while."

"Actually, could I stay at Clover's, I'm still really shaken up and you know here moms a therapist?"

"Alright, I guess so but call me if you change your mind, I'll talk to you later."

"Clover do you think I can stay at your house for a while?" Hannah asked. "Yeah of course, you know my parents love you." Clover replied.

"You know what, I think we should all go there so we can actually talk about what happened" Janasia said after her and Roxanne finally stopped arguing. "Slumber party!" Clover yelled excitedly.

The girls arrived at Clover's luxurious home and went straight to the slumber room. Hannah flopped down on the bottom bunk of the bunk bed that her parents bought just for their sleepovers. "Talk about rich, who dedicated an entire room just for sleep overs" Hannah thought to herself as she rolled over and Roxanne and clover sat next to her. "Now tell us everything that happened. Hannah began telling the girls of her experience from in the forest to when she was in a stand still with the creature, when she was done telling her story the girls looked just as terrified as she felt when it was happening, just recounting it gave her chills. She had always wished she could hear her mother's voice just one more time but she didn't expect to almost be killed in the process. Hannah grew angrier as she thought about it, first she lost her mother then she's attacked by some monster. She's just a kid in highschool what could she have possibly done to deserve any of this happening to her. She thinks back on all of her life choices "Nope, can't think of anything to warrant being Catfishes by a demon, if it is a demon. What the hell was that thing?" A demon, skinwalker, wendigo, hell she even thought about if there were any SCPs that could fit the description of what she had seen. Then Hannah shot up with her eyes wide open. "What if it was something that escaped the government? OMG there gonna kill me, ugh Why did I have to go to the police" Hannah thought to herself but was snapped out of it when Clover's parents came into the room. "Hey girls, Hannah I just got off of the phone with your dad and you can stay for as long as you'd like, now are all of you staying here too?" Clover's mom asked. "We're all staying mom" Clover said as she hugged her parents. "Alright, we're gonna be gone for a week for business, I'll have someone take you to and from school" Clovers dad said as he and his wife left. "So what do you guys what to do now" Clover asked excitedly. "after everything that happened, nothing but sleep. Goodnight" Hannah said as she rolled over and fell asleep.
