Katherine's Secret Identity

        Patiently waiting across the street for the red light to turn green, Kath while holding the sling of her bag and a book on her left hand with excitement on her face. The lovely and colorful petals falling from cherry blossom trees added some excitement and energetic atmosphere to the place where Kath is standing. It was only a few days since she moved in the city.            Whoa, such a lovely environment! If we have lived here from the start, would things be different from now? Her cheerful expression suddenly changed into a serious one.  Slowly and straightly extending her right arm on her front with open palm trying to catch some falling cherry blossom flower while looking up at the cherry blossom tree. Oh it’s already go (referring to the traffic light). She then cross the pedestrian lane and continue walking. When she almost reached her destination, she accidentally bumped into a man wearing all black with a cap and a covered face; it was a very suspicious man. Aissst, what’s wrong with that weird man, he did not even apologize! She murmured while picking up her book from the ground.      Help!!! Please catch that man, help me, he’s a thief, he’s a thief!!! A middle aged woman desperately shouting asking for help while trying to catch the man in black. Kath with an uneasy look and sigh, I really want to live a peaceful life, why does it happen to be in front of me aist whatever.. she then insistently run fast and followed the thief. Hey, stop there, shouting at the man in black loudly while continuously following him. They reached in the middle of the street with the cars waiting for the traffic light to turn green. Fortunately, the thief fell on the middle of the street while trying to avoid a car, when he was about to get up and tried to run Kath hardly hit him with her book on the back of his neck and again fell down. Then with her extraordinary reflexes, she grabbed the long red ribbon (literal cotton ribbon used for tying something) tied on her hair. While the cold air is brushing her messy hair, she quickly rolled the long ribbon on her hands and grabbed the neck of the man from his back.  Give me that bag you jerk! She was panting while saying those words. The thief tried to attack her but she was able to avoid and counter attacked. After a few minutes of commotion in the middle of the street which caused the temporary traffic, the police officers arrived and they were able to hand capped the thief. Curious and amazed civilians together with their phone’s video cameras surrounded the scene trying to get updated on what happened. Number of people on the bus and cars witnessed the scene.  While everyone was busy, Kath secretly leave the scene while covering her face.       I thought moving here in the city would give me some space and can have a peaceful life, but with what happened today I’m starting to have second thoughts....
