"Agnus, I really care about you and I know I feel something for you. You love misha and she loves you. Please, can you give me a chance? A chance to take you on a real date?" he asked
"I-yes" she said. Damien smiled and then leaned in, agnus didn't refuse when his lips met hers. In fact, she melted deeper into the kiss.
"I think I might be addicted to your lips" he said once they pulled away for breath. Agnus giggled and laid her head on his chest, her arms still round his neck and his grip on her waist tightened as he pulled her closer, and they both watched the movie, enjoying each others company. It was now evening and agnus prepared to leave.
"Do you have to leave?" Damien asked, he didn't want her to leave.
"Yes, tomorrow's Sunday. I'll be extra busy and I have been absent. Besides I'm only taking my bag, keep the games. I have a feeling I'll be spending a lot of time here" she explained and winked and was now heading to leave the living room but damien caught her wrist and pulled her towards him, his arms around her waist.
"Not even a goodbye kiss" he said
"You really are addicted to my lips or is it the kiss?" she teased
"Both" he answered still
"You are needy and clingy" she stated factly
"I am who I am" he said, not denying and not confirming. She kissed him and damien felt/knew that he never wanted to let her go, so he deepened the kiss and agnus moaned in protest but didn't pull away even as he released her lips and began softly kissing her jaw then her neck.
"Damien, stop. I have to go" she whispered and he sighed against her skin which made her shiver. He raised his head to look her in the eye and agnus knew the look in his eyes: admiration and affection.
"There's no doubt in my mind. I'm falling for you" He said breathlessly and in a loving way. The look in his eye was enough for agnus to know he meant it. No-one had ever looked at her like that but...
"Why? How? When?" She asked, she had to. She had a hard time believing him.
"Why do you love me?"
"Why not? You are so loving and you care about misha. I know you've only been coming around for like two weeks now but I love your character. You're not afraid to be you and I admit, at first I wanted you to trust me, I still do but you've done so much for me and misha. I felt attracted to you and I want to know just how deep my feelings for you go" he explained.
"You are a romantic " she stated
"Never said I wasn't" he said. Agnus looked away before facing him
"I want to try this with you too. I have no experience in being a girlfriend so I hope I don't disappoint you" Agnus said
"Just be you and you haven't disappointed me so far" Damien said
"I know but I have to go. I'll call you" She said
"Not if I call you first" He said. Agnus chuckled and pecked his cheek. It seemed damien wasn't wrong, he did call first and on face time. She picked up.
"Don't tell me you missed me already?" She teased, asked
"Maybe" He answered honestly. She blinked, surprised
"Wasn't expecting that" She voiced out loud
"Agnus, we're together. Well I think we are so I don't think I have much self control to hide my true thoughts" He explained
"Oh, I know you don't" She stated
"When did you get home?" He asked
"Two seconds before your call" She replied
"Ah, I'm sorry" He apologized
"No, its fine but I do want to change" She said
"You sure you can't change while talking to me" He teased with a cheeky smile
"Now I know you're teasing. I'll call okay, bye" She said
"I'll be waiting for your call" He said. She stuck to her word. She did call and they talked till midnight. Damien made her laugh so much, she was sure her face would hurt in the morning and she just had to check the time.
"Oh Lord" She said
"What?" He asked
"Its twelve and I have to be up at six. Night dam" She said
"Nicknames already?" He teased, although he liked it and she knew he did
"Yes and don't lie, you love it" She said
"I guess I'll have to think of your nickname. Night" He said
"Night" She hung up and sighed with a smile "What are you doing to me damien?" She asked rhetorically and fell asleep. And this is where I end. I hope you've all enjoyed the story so far and I hope I'll be able to continue it. Chapter 10 out soon
