As soon as I got back from the hospital after I was discharged, I focused on my studies because examination was at the corner, and I didn’t want to fail.
Zain tried to stop me from reading because, according to him, I was stressing myself when I should be resting, but I didn’t listen to him.
I had a target, which is to pass well. I wanted to prove to everyone that I don’t need my mate to be a certified nurse. I can pass without him helping me.
I am not doing this because someone said anything, but that’s just how I feel.
I heard the door of the library opening, making me raise my head.
I smiled the moment I saw Kinn walking in with a glass of juice in his hand.
“Hey mummy.” he smiled back at me as he walked to my side to give me the glass of juice.
