Chapter Fourty-Eight

SIENNA'S POV

I'd been messaging everyone during the wright for Tilly's flight to the UK. I quickly called my mum on the car journey back to Tillys parents house.

Once we arrived i headed straight for bed feeling tired and knowing I would only get a few hours sleep until I had to be at the hospital.

ETHAN

Don't listen to what Sid, Harry, Charlie and my dad said. Don't listen whats so ever or stop it from bringing you back to me xx

To tired to message back I ring Ethan who answers on the first ring

"Sienna" Ethan says sounding surprised i rang

"I didn't care for there warnings Ethan, at first I demanded answers as to what was going on with you and no one told me. Afterwards I just let people ramble on. I choose my fate now no one else. So if I choose you and you choose me there won't be stopping that" I say followed by a yawn.

"I always choose you" Ethan says back.

"Hmm, I know I'm just worried your making a mistake because you would make a wonderful dad and I can't give you that opportunity" I say closing my eyes.

"I don't need it, we can be cool aunty and uncle to all the others kids. All the fun without the drama" Ethan says and I can't help smiling at that.

"I know, but be serious and honest with yourself. I won't hate you for wanting children. I would even watch on and be your biggest cheerleader if you went on to fond someone who can give you that" I say

"I don't want that with anyone else. I only breath needing you to come back to me for good" Ethan says

"Just promise me once everything calms down your think about it seriously and decided when your in a good thinking space.. thats all I'm asking and if then you still want me I will prepare for the rest of my life with you" I say followed by enougher yawn.

"I will but I already know in my hearts of hearts I choose you Sienna. You need to believe me when I say that. One day your see it. I will spend my life proving to you that I only need you forever and always" Ethan says

"In my hearts of hearts I believe you but I still need to know you give it some serious thought so I can assure myself I'm not going to be holding you back from a better life" I say

"You are my life, the women I need only. You can't ruin my life only complete it. I will make you see" Ethan says

"We need to make sure your mum gets better first though" I say

"We will. Then its you and me against the world no more you taking the world on single handly" Ethan says.

"I'm tired of doing that alone, I'm ready to conquer it with all of you. I already miss being home" I say

"I miss you already to" Ethan says

"I'm sorry I left you all for two years and I'm sorry I got on that plane today or was it yesterday now. I'm so tired I don't even know anymore" I say making Ethan laugh before he says "Dobt be sorry, as much as I hate it all also understand it. I'm sorry you felt you had to leave to start with" Ethan says

"That wasn't your fault it that bastards fault, if he hadn't done what he had I wouldn't of came back in such a mess needing to be Fixed to start with" I say yawning again.

"Do you want to me to let you sleep?" Ethan asks

"Yes and no" I say followed by yawning again.

"Why yes and no?" Ethan asks sounding confused.

"Its harder not turning around to get on a plane after seeing you all. I don't want to say goodbye and hang up just yet. partly why I needed you all to not know where I was because I would of caved and come home way sooner. Yet I knew I needed to heal my way. So I wish this wasn't a phone call really but I also wish yes because I am really tired and need sleep before heading to the hospital in a few hours. plus I've got go tackle the media as well" I say between yawns.

"I did read the news articles, you did an amazing thing. I get why your needed there but I also wish you were here as well. I will stay on the phone until I hear you snoring" Ethan says

"I don't think it will be long until then" I say

"Not much longer then you will be back. I'm assured now listening to you talk on the phone that your be back. Just make sure when you do come back you don't listen to anyone warning you to stay clear from me because I only want you by my side no matter what" Ethan says

"Okay" I say

ETHAN'S POV

I woke up to realise I had fallen asleep with Sienna on the phone. I waited until she fell asleep but also stayed on the phone not wanting to hang up. I looked at my phone to see the phone call had been disconnected but she had messaged me

MY QUEEN

I hanged up once I woke up. hope you sleep well. Tilly should be there soon, your like Tilly as much as I do. Take care of here for me but most of all look after yourself and your mum. I promise I'm the other end of the phone if you need me. I'm off to work now, but even when at work I am here if you need me. Even if I don't answer I will be in contact the second I can xx

I quickly typed out my reply

To MY QUEEN

Good morning. I hope your not struggling to stay awake. look after yourself as well. I will make sure to make Tilly feel welcomed but I also can't wait until this is over with. So that my mum is better and you can come back again. Have a good day xx

I then put my phone on charge whilst I got up to go check on my mum.

I was surprised to see Tilly was already here in the front room with my mum, dad, Sue and Ian.

"Ethan, this is Tilly. She has come to collect Siennas car whilst she is here. We are just talking about the plan for tomorrow as Tilly wants to operate as soon as possible" My mum says

"Hi, thanks for coming and helping us. Sienna talks highly of you. Also thanks for being there for Sienna in her hour of need" I say

"Actually Sienna was there for me in my hour of need first. You see she happened to come across a bad car accident and well let's just say she saved a family member. I then hounded her until she came to work with me after getting to know her more it seemed we had a lot more in common than I first thought. Sienna is one amazing person.. my family quickly realised that we just happened to be what each other needed personally to get us through things. I'm still healing and not quite ready for certain things in life so my parents suggested I followed Sienna over here in time for the new year because us being together works well for us both. So although I will be going back as soon as I get Amy all fixed up here I will have to go back to Ireland for a few weeks before coming back long term. I can't wait to get to know you all better then. Sienna talks highly of everyone back here as well. She seems to think Harry will be the one to bring me pit of my shell again fully though through our shared love for a good drinks cabinet" Tilly says

"Then it seems fate works in mysterious ways. I look forward to getting to know you better as well, but right now I need drink and food so if your excuse me I will catch up with you all in a while" I say

"Of course, oh by the way you should know but don't tell Sienna I told you, Everytime someone asked her out back in Ireland her response would be. Are you Ethan? which she would follow with a confused look until they would say no. Then Sienna would say then you stand no chance. My heart will only belong to Ethan of he can forgive me for running away and accept my flaws so go away. So you don't need to worry about Sienna not coming back. She is coming back in hope she can finally have her happy ending".

Everyone looks at Tilly surprised.

"Thats good to know. I won't tell Sienna you told me" I say

"I'm only telling you because of what I heard last night when you found her at the airport. You don't need to be worrying about that when your clearly worried about your mum as well" Tilly says

"Well in that case you better make sure I live. I want to see them get married one day. We have all waited long enough to see that happen" My mum says smiling brightly.

"I will make sure you come out the operation alive. But be clear there's still a chance I won't be able to get it all but I'm confident I can" Tilly says.

With that I leave the room letting them continue there conversation whilst I get some breakfast. Well it might as well be dinner I slept in that long I think to myself putting the kettle on.

Once I've grabbed my breakfast I head back upstairs to get eat it in bed whilst getting the laptop out to work from home.

I checked my phone and see there is a message from work as well as the group chat gone a little crazy.

Sid

just so everyone is aware, Sienna has gibe back to Ireland

Harry

I know, she sent me a message last night

Sid

Well I just got a text saying she would be back soon and to make Tilly welcome. I can't believe she went off during a time like this..

Charlie

I also received a text, I'm disappointed really like you Sid

Harry

Come on give her a break, its not like she is going forever and we know where she is this time. Jesus if it makes you all feel better I will fly over myself

Sid

Don't you dare go follow her its Ethan who needs us this time.

Charlie

I'm with Sid on this one Harry, Sienna will come back when she is ready. The fact she even considered going when it's Ethan that needs us this time has really wound me up. I expected better

Harry

I think your both being to hard, if she has run off then maybe its because of our chat yesterday. Did you think of that and that was your idea Sid. I don't think Sienna would of gone that easily I bet it was a battle for her personally or have you both forgotten who she is? I trust she has only gone in order for Tilly to come over so quickly to be here for Amy, she maybe a great surgeon but she can't specialise in everything and knows her strengths and weaknesses. So maybe just give Sienna the benefit of the doubt this time. By the way Ethan how is Amy today? How are you? It seems these two are not going to ask you so I will!

Charlie

You know I'm usually Siennas biggest fan but even i think she has gone to far this time. I'm sorry Harry, but now she needs to prove she will stick around. Ethan, I'm sorry we are venting this here as well. I hope your doing okay today and I hope for your sake the most Sienna gets her act together and hurry back for good soon

Sid

She is my sister and I don't want to doubt her but even I'm skeptical. Ethan, ring me if you need me you know where I am and I'm sorry if you think I'm unfair but this time I'm on your side man. Your all my brothers

Princess

Sorry you all feel this way. There isn't anything else I can do. I just hope you don't take it out on Tilly and make her feel welcomed.

Princess removed herself from the group

Harry

You funking idiots! you forgot Sienna was still in this group and had unblocked us all didn't you?

Sid

I didn't forget, its about time she heard some home truths.

Charlie

I did forget, if I had remembered I'd of been more careful with my words.

Harry

Well let's hope she does come back maybe now she will think she hasn't got much to come back for. Isn't that what we all wanted these past two years to correct things? Hmm? After all we pushed her to far to run off to start with didn't we? Dawn it Charlie and Sid you went to far this time.

Charlie

She will forgive us eventually who knows in two years maybe

Harry

If anyone should be angry it should be Ethan this time. He might be okay with it and then what you caused bigger problems for what? Do you think Ethan needs this with everything else going on? Stop acting like sulky teenagers and grown men. Jeez I can't believe you two.

Damn I went and made breakfast and this happens I think to myself.

I then read the message from Sienna

I go back to the group chat and write my own message.

Ethan

Watch this space, Sienna will be back for me at least. She didn't just run off without telling me first I even went to the airport and made sure we parted on good terms. We spoke on the phone when she landed and I woke up to message from Sienna not any of you first. So no Sienna hasn't abandoned me in my hour of need I'm not thrilled but I understand why she has gone back. She explained it to my mum who then explained it to me more clearly when yes I did feel betrayal over some baby's but let's not forget that Sienna won't chance anyones lives on the line. She made a tough call and she choose to make sure my mum has a chance to survive and live as well as little babys, Do you think Sienna would ever be able to bare having more baby's deaths to blame herself for? She told me yesterday she ain't ever having anymore kids ever. Why do you all think that is? So I got it real quickly and made peace. By the way it doesn't matter whatever happens me and Sienna are destined to be together. Getting know Tilly, I've briefly spoken with her a moment ago and within them few moments she told me a million things to realise that Sienna did excaulty what she did when she went away made herself better for all of us. I'd much prefer reliving it all again knowing she isn't in as much pain and heartache as she was before. So no need to warn her off me. Yes Sienna isn't here these next few days but of all goes to plan she is done that to send a second blessing in giving my mum so much more time with me and everyone.

I then rang Sienna wanting to make sure she was okay

"Hello?" Some women says in a thick Irish accent and I instantly knew that was not Sienna.

"Hi, um is Sienna about please?" I ask.

"Hi Ethan, I'm suzie a nurse who works with Sienna. She chucked me her phone saying to only answer it of you called and tell you she will ring you back as soon as she can.. she has done this all day long when with patience although this time she is literally fighting to bring a child back who has coded. So I can't even tell you how long she will be but I shall be sure to let her know you rang" suzie says.

"Oh, it's okay. Just let Sienna know she can ring me when she is free and I pray Sienna does what she does best in saving that child's life. What time will she finish work?" I ask.

"Your guess is as good as mine. Everyone knows Sienna practically lives here except one weekend a month she disappeared we are sad she will be going back home soon. Our loss is your gain though with Sienna and Tilly. Talking of which those two deserve some happiness and not all work. Maybe you can make sure they have more fun when there both over there for good" Suzie says

"How so?" I ask.

"Well rumour has it Sienna had a bad marriage and lost some baby's. Seems she had it worse than our Tilly. Tilly also had a bad relationship.. the amount of times we had to kick him off sight. I remember the last time it was Sienna who stood up to him but she had a panic attack afterwards which just confirmed for us the story's are true it also explains why Those two get on so great.. they both light up together but can seem sad apart" Suzie says

"She stood up to a violent person?" I ask.

"ah yes, She went mental screaming at him not again not on her watch. Then she grabbed his arm twisting it backwards and shouted screw you Security as she frog marched the his nasty ass out of the hospital even the male staff became a little scared of Sienna and realised she wasn't someone to be messed with" Suzie says.

"That's pretty impressive. Just what we like to hear infact. Okay well it was nice talking to you just tell Sienna to ring me when she has a free moment.. I don't mind how long it takes because I know she is doing what she does best saving lifes" I say

"Okay, bye Ethan" Suzie says and I say "Bye" before proceeding to hang up.

I decided I really liked these Irish people there rather chatty.

I see a few messages had come through the group chat but I decided to ignore them whilst I cracked on and got some work done. After all the company won't run itself I think to myself stretching my arms as of I'm preparing for a race or something
