Chapter Fourty-Nine

SIENNA'S POV

"Its all ruined Tilly, I knew there was a chance but then when I got home and everyone seemed to forgive me instantly I was so relieved. I thought that's one thing that monster didn't ruin and thanked my lucky stars. It was short lived because Charlie and Sid are so mad. My own brother as well.. I want to say I don't care but I do" I say.

"Don't give up hope. What is it you always tell me tomorrow is a new day, we are allowed blips but we brush it off get back up and show this bloody world what we are made off. Even if you haven't got everyone liking you from people back here it won't be long until we are premently together. I won't ever leave you even if we are a plane ride apart at times me and you always. Now, wipe them tears away put on your face and go have a drink its been a hard day. You know full well your more emotional because you couldn't save little Kenny, but you need to remember Kenny was terminal the time was coming. We won't forget his little character we never forget the fallen angels we have had a privilege to know. Your shift ended two hours ago so get home and let my mum pamper you" Tilly says

"Okay, I'm going and your right as always. Give my mum a hug from me and I will your mum a hug from you" I say

"That's a girl.. by the way have you spoken with Ethan today? He seemed very quite and I barely saw him as well" Tilly says

"Yeah I not long rang him back.. apparently he isn't happy with everyone in the group chat and tried talking me into rejoining the group.. I said for now its best I stay out of it" I say getting my things from Tillys office since I gave mine up already.

"Well its very clear hw is head over heels in love with you. I think you could actually do him wrong and he would still love you the more for it. When your name is mentioned his eyes says it all" Tilly says

"I know, thats why I hate the fact I don't want anymore children.. I know he says it doesn't matter but can I really deprive him of that?" I say.

"Sienna, thats a tomorrow problem stop it. Infact I'm messaging my mum right now to have two bottles of wine ready" Tilly says and I laugh shaking my head.

"I can't get to drunk I've got your clinic to run tomorrow. Talking of which Tyler, run that by me again" I say

"I will email it all to you so you can stop fretting. Honestly Sienna have more faith in yourself. You know your as good as me" Tilly says

"Yeah I know, that's excaulty why I knew I could count on you to help Amy" I say

"I'm very confident all will go well. I will facetious you just beforehand so be ready to take the call" Tilly says as I finally reach her car. I get in putting it to hands free but so that Tilly can still see me.

"Tilly, remind me again do you like Chinese?" I hear my mum says

"Ah, yes I do thank you.. I'm just on the phone with Sienna. Do you want to say hi?" Tilly says.

"Of course I do, hey sweetie. How are you holding up?" My mum asks as I start the car to drive back to Emily's and Brian's house.

"I'm good mum. How are you and dad and Amy?" I ask.

"Oh you know us we are good. Amy is excited but nervous about tomorrow which is understandable" my mum says

"Of course it is" Tilly says as I see a car driving straight at me. I try to swerve but I miss at it comes straight into me and I recognise the driver as cliffs cousins. As he reverses and drives away I hear him shouting "You know who that's for". I can hear Tilly and my mum screaming my name as I assess any injury I may have. Other than my body aching and a cut to my forehead I seem okay.

"Give me your phone, I will get my dad to go to her" I hear Tilly shouting.

"No, I'm okay. actually yes I need your dad because I think I owe you a car but in okay" I say as I hear my mum shouting for dad to book flight tickets.

"Mum, I'm fine you stay with Amy and everyone and don't tell anyone else I don't need anyone flying out" I say as use the sleeve of my jumper to try stop the bleeding on my forehead. I hear people opening the car door and asking if I'm okay as well.

"Tilly, I need to go a moment but stop my family from telling everyone they need to be with Amy! This isn't about me this time. I will call when I get a moment free" I say

"Don't you dare hang up do what you gotta do but you don't hang up" Tilly says so I do as she asks but I turn to fave the people around me.

"We have a ambulance and the police on the way. Are you okay? Where are you hurt?" A man asks. Then I hear a women says "I've got it all on dash cam. That person won't get away from this.

"Hey, your that surgeon who is in all the papers" some other women asks.

"I'm okay, a little battered up but nothing that I can't survive" I say whilst realising people only knew where I was because of the new papers reports. Just bloody great that family just keep giving and at the worse possible time ever I think to myself. I can hear my mum crying and my dad near on shouting with worry whilst Tilly is trying to calm things down that end. Sirens heading for us which doesn't surprise me how quick they are since I'm minutes away from the hospital. And all these people keep chatting and asking questions. Man I need more than wine with this headache I think to myself as I gran the phone and my bag to get out the car and assess the damage. The air bag didn't even go off what the hell man.

Every inch of my body is aching and I feel like I've done ten rounds at the gym.

"Dont move" someone says and I say "I'm a doctor, trust me I will be okay" Just as an ambulance pulls up.

I walk slowly to double make sure I ain't to injured as I hear my mum say "Sienna, are you sure your okay?"

"Yes, the car took the worse hit. I'm sorry, Your car looks a write off"

"Shut, up I don't care about the car its you I'm worried about" Tilly says

"I'm fine. I need you all to stay focused on Amy, I don't need the lads hating me more ni doubt there think I planned this. I know who it was" I start to say before I have a female paramedic stood in front off me.

"Bloody hell Sienna. Why does it have to be you" Zara says and then I click who it is.

"Apperently I should of stayed at the hospital. let me take cover from the passer-bys" I say

"Come on let's get you into the ambulance. Josh, look who I found" Zara says.

"Well at least I know your in good hands with Zara" Tilly says.

"Dont worry anyone wants to start i can take them down you know that" Zara says

"Just don't go taking on any cars" I say as we reach the ambulance and I see Josh talking with members of the public who are telling him what happened. I'm sure he just wants to make sure no one else is hurt though.

"Sienna, I can be on a flight in three hours" I hear my dad say.

"Dont, I swear I will ring you every hour of need be im fine. stay with Amy im begging you all don't tell them and don't come over they need you more please" I say

"Okay, fine.. but you better ring hourly or so help me god even god himself will be scared of what I will do" My mum says giving in and I don't doubt her words whilst Zara looks at me shocked as she starts to access me personally.

"I will ring you back once Zara has checked me over" I say.

ETHAN'S POV

"Get up, Tilly has moved the operation forward to this morning instead of this afternoon" My dad says coming in to wake me up.. I look at the time to see its four am.

"What time is the surgery?" I ask

"Seven am. Ian rang saying its been moved forward as something has come up in Ireland where she she needs to be home a day earlier now" My dad says

"These doctors. always busy and running around like blue as flies" I say getting out of bed. I check my phone and see i haven't heard from Sienna since our phone call yesterday evening.. I decided to send a message and see if everything was okay as I got everything ready I needed.

Everything ended up as a mad rush as we girroed to the hospital.

When we arrived we see Tilly Sue and Ian all chatting quietly away from Sid, Harry and Charlie who clearly came as moral support.. Even then they were looking at them oddly

"Whats going on?" I ask taking a seat next to them.

"I don't know but they been acting weird all morning talking on the hush hush" Sid says

"Have you heard from Sienna? I tried sending a message last night to assure her not all of us hate her but she didn't respond" Harry asks me whilst glaring at Charlie.

"Not since she rang me before her shift ended" I say getting out my phone to check if I've had a reply yet and nothing yet.

"Sorry Amy, I will be with you in a minute. unfortunately since we moved ahead of time Sienna won't be able to do the face time like planned as she is caught up in a surgery herself but she promised to ring once your out" Tilly says

"Its okay, I understand. I'm so great full your doing this. What is it you need to get back for again?" My mum asks.

"A case has turned more critical. But don't you worry about that right now your my number one priority" Tilly says

"I'm sure I am, I'm not worried about that at all. I want to thank you again I really do owe you" My mum says.

"Donr be daft, its my job and like I said its always been paid thanks to Sienna" Tilly says

"Not that she could be bothered to be here" Sid says quietly but we all heard it.

"You dare, shut your mouth right now or so help me god Sid I will for you. Not today" Sue says angry followed by Ian saying "I'd listen to your mum not today because even I won't hold back from putting you in your place son".

"Whats happened? And dont lie to me. Something has happened and I'm not falling for this cover story. your acting weird and now snappy over a comment regarding Sienna yet yesterday you held your tongues" I say

"Did something happen to Sienna?" Amy asks before any of us can.

"No, Its like Tilly said she is in the middle of doing a operation if it had do you think we would be here?" Sue says

"If it had im sure you would be there" my mum says but she looks skeptical like myself.

"Okay, let's get you all ready. The rest of you out for a moment" Tilly says.

"I need to get a drink anyway" I say

"I will join you" Sid says and Harry and Charlie get up as well saying at the same time "Same here".

Once out of ear shot Harry is the first to speak saying "I don't believe them. How did Sienna seem to you when you spoke?"

"She was upset but insisted its because a patient passed away. I wouldn't of believed her if it wasn't for the fact someone else had answer her phone not long prior saying she was resucating a child. Otherwise she seemed okay" I say honestly.

"Have your parents said anything else?" Harry asks as of he is trying working out the missing pieces to the puzzle like myself.

"No, they were fine yesterday but they are in bad hush hush whisper mode today. I agree something isn't right but I don't know what it is" Sid says.

"We need a action plan and I fear I'm going to be useless with my mum about to have major brain surgery" I say feeling so stressed out.

"I think we should Hound Sienna until we speak to her and even then we need a face time to be sure ourselves everything is okay" Charlie says

"I like it. Let's go with that for starters but what thes time frame before someone goes over?" I ask which is all that matters to me right now concerning Sienna anyway.

"Give it three hours cause Surgery can take some time after all. After that we question more if no answers then I will fly over personally. You all can stay here after all Ethan your mum needs you and we'll you two won't be who Sienna will want to see after yesterday" Harry says

"Uh, she is my sister remember" Sid says in protest.

"Sister my ass, you were a ass.. I've spoken with Sienna myself and I heard what you did" Maria says appearing from no where.

"Where's Jordan?" Sid asks confused

"With my parents, Sienna begged me to be here with Ethan today on her behalf and also to keep you lot in line" Maria says

"What do you mean keep us in line?" Charlie asks.

"She doesn't want you to slating her infront of Ethan today when the focus should be on Amy, Ben and Ethan" Maria says

"What else do you know? Something has happened you must know after all you knew she flew in once a month" I say

"What do you mean something happened? I don't know what your talking about" Maria says

"What time did you speak to Sienna yesterday and have you heard from her since?" Harry asks

"Around ten in the morning she was on break at work. I haven't heard anything since she said she would message me today but I haven't heard anything yet" Maria says looking worried herself now

"Then that means only my parents and Tilly must know. keep your eyes and ears peeled with them and we stick to the plan" I say
