IT TOOK QUITE a while for everyone’s schedules to permit getting together, but Charley was finally able to make good on his promise to treat everyone who’d helped with the move to dinner at Biscottis. Their group nearly filled the private dining room at the restaurant, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, particularly the Clark sisters.
“This is the first time we’ve eaten at this restaurant,” Sarah said, “and it’s lovely.”
“It certainly is,” Parah said. “I had no idea that it was here.”
“Don’t you come to this area?” Chris said.
“No, we don’t,” Sarah said. “We don’t go anywhere, except to the Publix at Roosevelt Mall. Excuse me, I keep forgetting that the mall is long gone. I meant to say the Publix at Roosevelt Square.”
