Arranged mate!

I woke up in the pack hospital with an IV in my arm and machines beeping and my mother yelling at my father.

    " how dare you promise our daughter to someone you dont even know . someone who isnt even her mate!" my mother screamed

    "My love i know this looks bad on my part-" my father started but my mother cut him off

" your damn right it looks bad on your part she has a son to worry about . did you even mention that before you decided to give our daughter away ?"

" Did you forget that whoever becomes her mate has to be accepting of her and our grandson?"  my mother continued to yell at my father as i waited for them to realize i am awake.

"yes i have mentioned all of this to them and alpha anton assured me that his son demitrie is willing to accept Trina and Xavier. He knows they are a packaged deal." my father tries to reassure my mother

    my mom was about to respond when i cleared my throat which burned and my mother brought me a glass of water to cool the burning sensation.  i gulped it down and cleared my throat again. 

" Do i have a say in this " i ask truly wondering if i have a choice in the matter while handing the water glass back to my mom

" of course you have a say in this sweetheart . it involves you and your pup and we want whats best for both of you." my mother says setting the empty glass back on the table 

" i would like to discuss this with Xavier. it has to everything to do with him as well and i do not want him to be placed in an uncomfortable situation." i stated and both my parents nodded in understanding

" Of course i will have someone bring him here and we will  leave you alone to discuss it with Xavier." my father says leaving the room with my mother. 

i lay in the bed thinking of how my life is about to change hopefully for the better . Five minutes later i see this bouncing blonde head run into my room and jump up on the bed .

"Mommy pop pop told me you wanted to have an important conversation with me !" he yelled excited that he gets to be involved in something important. 

" yes sweetie i wanted to ask you a question." i stated 

" ok im listening mommy please ask me the question ." he says eyes filled with joy

" how would you feel if we found you a daddy? someone to play with when mommy is busy and do all the boy stuff mommy doesnt like doing?" i ask slightly concerned he may not like the idea. but his eyes grew wide and lit up brightly. 

 " oh mommy that would be the greatest thing ever. i would finally have someone to teach me how to be a man and play catch with me and someone who will stop treating me like im a baby" he says overly exited

" sweetheart you are a baby and you will always be my baby . how about we tell pop pop that we agreed and find out when we can go meet your new daddy" i say relieved that he is onboard with the idea.

 " oh yes mommy i cant wait to meet my new daddy " he says smiling wide enough it reaches his ears

i mindlink my dad and let him know Xavier has agreed to the idea and to set up a meeting with alpha anton and his son demitrie. he mindlinks me back and says they are ready to meet me and Xavier tomorrow and we will be spending the night there as it is a long drive. 

    " alright Xavier why dont we go eat dinner and go pack a night bag so we can go meet your dad tomorrow." i say . he doesnt even respond he just runs out the door and goes to get a bag packed i giggle at his reaction .

tomorrow is going to be a long day
