                                Perin and Scott parked a little way along the harbour road, then quickly scaled the chainlink fence that separated the dockyard from the street. The streetlights were a little further apart this end, so it was easier for them to remain undetected.                 There was a certain amount of commotion happening at the far end; the sound of vehicles moving around and voices.
