“Can you open your eyes now?” Beatrice's voice woke me from the darkness I was in.
My body still felt heavy, but I did as she said.
“Where are we?”
“Home.”
“Where's home?”
“The Shadow Claw pack of course. The one I told you about.”
“You mean the pack that is ruled by witches?!” I asked exasperated as I awoke with a feeling of alarm.
“Don't be so terrified, your theory is so full of holes.
“First of, it's not ruled by witches but half of the Pack's citizens are witches. Second, the alpha is not a witch' and this is also where your family is. And since it's fate, you'll be reassured. I'm sure my brother would be most glad to see you and once you're accepted by the alpha, no one can dare to go against you here,” she said and I chuckled wryly.
