In the central building of the First Special City where the homecoming banquet was taking place, Julius was sitting on the seat of honor with his wife and mother on either side of him.
They had received a splendid welcome upon their return as everybody from the other cities had come to receive them.
This was an important occasion so all of Julius’s citizens had to attend. Proto had been informed long before of his return so on top of preparing accommodations for his mother and her retainers, he was also tasked with preparing the homecoming event.
