The festivities were still ongoing throughout the city when Julius decided to take a step out and view the cityscape on his own.
Eisha wanted to go with him but in her current condition where her belly was hindering her movements and the fact that it wasn’t safe for her nor the baby if she strained herself too much with any unnecessary movements, Julius had her stay behind with her mother and the other people partying in the City Hall’s Auditorium.
Julius didn’t go far as he only stepped out to the balcony and saw the city which was in a festive mood as everywhere he looked, people were celebrating in great spirits.
Naturally, the only odd thing was that most of these people were women and little children.
