Florence predicted it and it did actually happen. A delegation from the Light Alliance’s nations was sent to Aurumfaust to negotiate the use of the dwarves’ teleportation gates to send their armies to aid the Hemox Kingdom that was currently under siege by the fiends.
With Sithaeth being firmly wrapped around Eisha’s finger, there was no way he was willing to listen to the delegations. They had been ousted from the Light Alliance due to some damned plot caused by the Holy Light Church so even if Sithaeth and the rest of the dwarves hadn’t been manipulated by Eisha, they still wouldn’t have allowed it.
Florence had also expected that the Light Alliance might attack the dwarves with the delegation sent being only a decoy so Julius heeded his strategist’s advice and stationed Dark Fiend Sam
