Florence and Heather split into two teams, one making for the pillar closest to them while the other going to the pillar a distance away. At first, Florence wanted to keep the team in a single group but after Heather argued about the time it took for them to complete the mission, Florence relented and decided that it was indeed much better to split up.
It was easy spotting the damn things now that they were on the island because the pillars reached high above the treetops and would be visible from their ships if it wasn’t for the fog obstructing their vision.
