Trying to assimilate everything he was being told in that moment Brandon ruminated on Hovels words before it clicked in Brandon's mind and he nearly wanted to slap himself for letting this realization almost slip past him.
Brandon shook his exhausted mind feeling stretched beyond his means emotionally. "Wait..." He interrupted uncaring of the glare his father sent him. "So you had a father? That means that I have other family members I don't know about? I have a family?"
Hovel lapsed into moody silence and lifted his right eyebrow, then he conceived by answering. "Hmm... I guess by extension of you being my son, my father would have been your Grandfather. But trust me boy, that that man would not have seen you as anything but a boil on his lineage. As I do."
