I was sitting with Catherine in the living room discussing my future plans when Hayden came hesitantly and looked at me. Catherine struggled to hush her laugh seeing her son in such a state.
“Stop it Cath, don’t make him embarrassed. Hayden, I know that you want to ask for my help to make the blueberry cake. I just wanted to know if you want to make it yourself or will it be fine if I make it for you?” I asked.
