I had a date. With Aaron. I wondered what he had planned for us. I grin. I had emailed my little sister to brag that I might be having a plus one at her wedding after all.

If all went well with Aaron and myself. There was soon a knock on my bedroom door. I glance over at the doorway there stood my mother smiling at me with her arms cross as she looks over at me.

"Second date for the night eh? That date the night before must have went well" she remarks.

I shake my head.

"Different guy new date" I say with a joyful smile.

"Look at my girl. Going out. Hitting the town. You will find Mr. Right before you know it" she promises me.

"I already have" I say with a grin. "Mom..."

"Yes Brenda?" she asks me.

"I have a date with a very special someone. Aaron...he asked me out" I brag joyfully.

The doorbell rings. I glance over at the clock. He was here. My handsome man was here. At last. My heart flutters joyfully. I check my make-up over one more time in the mirror as my mother rushes down to answer the door for me. My dream date.

I wanted our first date to be private. Something we can enjoy. I hope you do not mind" he worries. He leads the way to his old home next door.

"I do not mind. As long as I am with you Aaron" I promise him. He smiles at me.

"You look so sexy tonight Brenda" he tells me as he opens the door of the home after we walk down the walk way together. He lets me inside.

"You look very handsome Aaron" I reply back. "and thank you"

"You are welcome beauty" he answers. I giggle as I feel my cheeks blush.

He leads the way to the dining room table.

"Are you hungry?" he asks me as he pours us some wine in glasses. I shake my head.

"Not yet. Not really" I say.

"I am hungry. But not for food" he states. His gaze falls on me as he hands me my glass.

"I know this is not really our first date date, Aaron can I say it? I want you. I feel we have waited far long enough for each other? Why wait any longer?" I ask him bravely. He blinks looking surprised.

"The old Brenda would not have asked me that" he chuckles. He scoops me in his embrace.

"No, she would not have. I know you want me. I want you" I state.

"That I do" he agrees.

"Shall we take this upstairs. Then dinner after?" I ask. He nods happily. He kisses me.

"Yes, we shall" he agrees.

He takes me by the hands. We lead the way like a pair of school kids heading upstairs together. Running along the way. We go to his bedroom. He shuts the door behind him. I lay on the bed.
