Xavier's POV
I stared at Celeste as she played with my fingers. I decided that today I would show her Mother's favorite place in the pack to go.
Now she was playing with my fingers as we walk along the tree line of the pack. We got to the farthest point away from the pack house and started to walk through the woods. I pulled Celeste in front of me as we walked into the clearing.
Within the clearing was a beautiful meadow that held hundreds of flowers in all different colors. Butterflies and birds flew around as if this place was heaven. When Celeste looked up her eyes lit with joy and I finally realized why Mother loved this place so much. Their expressions are almost exactly the same.
