I woke up before Adrik. And left a kiss on his face without waking him up and left the room. There were no guards outside.
I left his wing and I was making my way to our side of the mansion when somebody called my name.
“Maia” I stopped and turned around to see Aleks standing at the top of the stairs.
I was surprised to see him. I thought he had returned back to Russia.
“I didn’t think know you were around” I turned to face him.
He shrugged and smiled at me.
“I went for a little holiday but I’m back now”
“It’s nice to see you” I turned to walk away when he stopped me.
“We need to talk”
Totally unexpected.
“About what?”
“It’s not something we can discuss outside. Come” he said and walked away expecting me to follow him. Curse the men of this family. So f*****g demanding.
