Don't Be a Fool of Yourself
UNION BASE IN SOUTH KOREA>>>>>>
Hyunjin POV
I walked down the hallway feeling hesitant about the idea of mentoring someone. The NAVY general Bang Chan had informed me about a girl I had to take into my team.
FLASHBACK
"You are one of the best men in the force. I am trusting you to teach the right things to her," he smiled at me apologetically.
"You know what happened with my last trainee. I can't afford to put someone in danger again," I gritted my teeth as a narrowed my eyes.
"Because of that incident, I know you will be extra careful. I trust you, Hyunjin..." Chan rested his head on top of his hands.
"CHan..." I tried to protest once again.
"End of discussion. It will be different this time. I PROMISE." He raised his eyebrows warning me to not push the matter any further. "You are excused," he nodded.
I shook my head in content and saluted to him as he saluted back.
END OF FLASHBACK
As I walked past the cafeteria, a saw a familiar looking smirk coming towards me. I mentally sighed knowing what was coming.
"Captain Hyunjin..." He playfully saluted me.
"(sigh)Captain Felix." I acknowledged him back with a salute.
His deep voice resonated the hall.
"I heard that you are getting a new trainee." I nodded answering coldly. "I am hoping that nothing bad happens this time."
He shrugged, "I wonder if you make another mistake, I would become the captain of team Alpha." He gleamed dangerously.
I gritted my teeth, knowing he was testing waters. "NOT A CHANCE. Are you threatening me?" I raised my voice as soldiers in the cafeteria looked towards the hallway in curiosity.
He playfully backed off enjoying my reaction. "No sir.~ Just giving you a friendly advice." He leaned in and whispered into my ear.
"DON'T BE A FOOL OF YOURSELF," he said glaring. "I will take your seat one day." then as if nothing happened, he patted my shoulder and smiled.
"Well good day sir," he winked. His newest recruit, Jeongin followed him chin up with pride.

"I will put you to your place, Felix," I growled dangerously. I sighed and walked towards the team quarters to warn my team members about a newbie coming.
"Han? " I knocked his room door.
"Come in..." he said quietly. As I opened the door, he glanced at my way saluting me playfully. I shook my head in annoyance. 'Everyone don't take me seriously here. Ughhhh...'
"I am assigned a trainee. Tell Changbin and Seungmin to clean the extra room for her," I said while plopping down on the sofa.
"Her?" he questioned stopping what he was doing for a moment.
"Yes... Commander Lee's daughter."
He shrugged at this information. "I guess she will handle it better than the previous one."
I sighed remembering the incident.
"I am hoping so, too." I sighed and stood up.
"Well... I will see you soon then Lieutenant Han. Off to see our last recruit."
"Captain," he acknowledged my leave.
'This year is going to be tougher than I thought.' I sighed again fixing my hair.
