“Abram, it’s me,” Joseph said, pounding on the door. They opened the door, and he went in. “They’re gone,” He said breathlessly.
“Why?” Massimo asked.
“Dumating ang ibang miyembro ng Diablo, madami ang namatay sa kanila kaya napaatras sila,” Joseph answered.
“Can you explain how you got out alive?” I can’t help but ask.
“I... I hid.” He said suspiciously.
“Massimo, I need to go. Sollozo kidnapped Gabriela.” I said as I turned my gaze to him.
“Do you need help?”
“Not yet. Sollozo touched my weak spot.”

I walked out of the office and grabbed my phone. “Carlo, talk to me. Have you been rescued yet?”
