Germany! I and Akshay reached Germany and the next two three days were really hectic that we had to meet the clients and get our agreements signed. It was the third day there and in these three days, i can't spot out a single minute in which i didn't miss her. It was really hard to concentrate on work. Most of the time i ended up thinking about how she would be or what she would be doing! I missed her a hell lot and i wanted to talk to her badly. Then, the sudden thought hit. I didn't have her contact number. I cursed myself, for being so hard headed. How mean? seriously! You don't have your wife's phone number! You're mean Tarun! Very mean!! If this continues, i am sure till the last you're going to be like this itself, seeing her from distance, adore her and admire her behaviour and there will be no use of crying after the damsel goes away from you! Ok, now should i ask for her number to talk to her?? I questioned myself for thousand more times and drew a conclusion and fixed upon. The next morning, when Akshay woke up, i went to him straightly! 'Akshay! Do me a favour! Will you? ' i asked , hesitantly. I didn't know, how to ask but i had to. Damn, you're missing her. So, come on. Don't delay any further, ask for her number and text her.  Come on! Don't let it go, this time. It's time for love to win and time to show that your feelings are greater than your ego! Whatever! Just ask him. 'Tell me Tarun! ' his reply was really cool. ' Just get Heera's contact number from Maya for me! I just want to know if mom had taken tablets! I want to make it sure!! ' i said, with a puppy eyes, smile stucco face! s**t, stop smiling. This guy, being your best friend will catch on to the thing. ' Tarun, aren't you shameful and meek, for this? Asking for, your wife's number, to my wife! I haven't seen such a faulty husband anywhere else in this world! ' he said and facepalmed. I didn't know, what to tell.  Of course, he was right. It was really bashful to agree that i didn't even have her contact number on my phone. He then saw my face and he understood that i missed her. He guessed it right! Though,   i didn't clinch the deal, heart to heart..  He understood. Soon, i got her number as a text from Maya, wishing me all the best to talk to her. Of course, as a welt and trademark thing, i had to oppose that i didn't miss her and i had to cope up like nothing was wrong. Again it took, that half  day to text her. After thinking for the half of the day, if i should text or not, i fated to text her. Hey! Tarun here! Just wanted to know, if mom had taken tablets. Let me know, if she had taken or not! Thanks in advance!!  ~ i texted. I thought of adding a smiley to this text but then wicked part of me, made me to delete the smiley as planned. Trust me, those were the crucial moments of my life, definitely! I kept my phone, in my range of sight and waited for her to text back. That's when the room service man, came to the door and handed over an invitation to us, for which he explained in German,of which we didn't had knowledge. Then only after scratching the surface of the pamphlet, we got to know that there was a jewel exhibition c*m sale, was on air, down in the pageant hall. He came to us, to invite us to the pageant. Soon, Akshay's face started to gleam and he came beside me and started, 'I was actually, searching for a gift.. Ermm for Maya! To gift her on her birthday ! Got it!! Let's go and espy if i can get something here.'  he shouted in excitement. 'Akshay, Remember you're a man and you're not supposed to blush! If you please stop flushing crimson, We will go now! ' i said cheekily and he was on cloud nine. Both of us, observed the jewels that were kept for sale and Akshay being a Romeo, started to search a tinket for Maya! And should i mention here that i was left alone, during that time. With no reason or dry run, legends would have not rounded off that an idle mind is the devil's workshop. Yes, it worked! Soon, i started to search something for Heera! But before that, i made something clear, to myself. Tarun, this is the reality! Work on!! But wait, If i buy something how will i give it to her. Arrghh, with your hands! First buy, you dumbo, then think about the next step. I then let my hands inside my pants' pockets and gazed at the stuff there. Suddenly, my eyes caught up with a bony, lightweight platinum locket with a small droplet, that had a stone inscribed in it. The locket would perfectly match her conch, hooter neckline. The next second, i leaped forward to the counter to acquire that piece of jewel, for my girl! Tarun, what? My girl ?? Excess of love in draft! Better to discipline it!! Soon, Akshay called me on deciding the jewel piece. We payed it and i decided to keep the locket, in private without letting Akshay know  for which, i payed the money before moving back to his side! - - - - - - - - - - It's been three days, since he moved away from the house. If you ask me, if i missed him.  Hell, yeah! Seriously, i felt the heartbreak even more. A step ahead, in these two days! He hurts you, he doesn't care for you! He just strives hard to irritate you and please don't become a broken girl, sharddha! You've your life, even without him. All you have to do is, to control your feelings for him. Being steady, i elected and reached the decision! Soon, my mind started to search and rule out a reason, that i should keep before Maa, while leaving the house and his life! I didn't know, how to lie on this to Maa. Because, she is too sweet. I value her love   much. I felt too difficult to decide things, to decide if which side should i slide. I, finally shut my eyes tightly and exhaled a large amount of air, for one last time, trying to bring back myself to the well adjustable mode. Heera! This is sealed and destined. Now come on! Bring up all your courage from your heart and spit it out to Maa. I myself  planned, something firm and hightailed to the living room. She was sitting, in the lawn outside the portico! I went beside her. 'Maa, want some coffee??! ' i asked her  smilingly! ' Was waiting for your coffee, Heera! ' she said and chuckled! ' Ten more minutes! ' i said, by showing my fingers and strodded into the kitchen. I went into the kitchen, and boiled milk and that's when my phone beeped! My mind went totally blank, when i saw my phone's display! I had received a text  from Tarun. The phone says so! I blinked my eyes, consequently for another three times, to check if my eyes weren't abnormal. I opened , the whats app text. He had sent that he wanted to know, if his mom had taken her medicines properly! ' Huh? Tablets?!..  I thought this porukki*,  has realized owning a heart and some place for me, in it! Don't even dream, Heera! Waste of time!! ' i ranted to myself, murumuringly. Soon, i started to type a reply! She had taken her tablets! Missing you much!! - i typed and the next second, i erased that miss you sentence and sent the appropriate reply, for his text message! The coffee was prepared soon and i took the coffee mugs to the portico and gave it to Maa. She grabbed her coffee mug, smilingly! Both of us, sipped our coffee and i was deeply dunked into the thoughts! The thoughts that's in the making to change my life. Soon, i decided to reveal that i am leaving the house. 'Maa..'  i called her hesitantly! She looked at me, expecting me to proceed. 'Maa, I am supposed to go, to a medical camp in a remote village. They need a psychiatrist, for the counselling camp. For a month's time! I have to leave in a day or two! ' i said and sighed, mentally! ' Oh, For a month?! It's good to help and serve people! Go, do your work passionately! '  she said stroking my hair and the moment was too difficult to hold back my tears. I just smiled. After the coffee mugs went empty, i collected both the mugs and went, running into the kitchen, crossing the living room. Tears were freely flowing. Making my decision strong, i fixed on to a false reason. Actually speaking, there were no medical camps, i wasn't going to any remote corner, and i am not  coming back in a month. *porukki - A rogue, rascal . Here, it is mentioned like she is addressing him, like it is a sobriquet!
