CRITICAL MISSION : CAPTURE THE VILLAINESS' HEART CHAPTER 28 Mission 28 : Train with The Commander "AGAIN!" Rojjan, the Commander of Enchantria' s army shouted his orders to him. "Are you giving up already?" Grey, once again, sway his sword with all his might. He was sweating so hard. His panting becomes heavier every minute. His heart beat was about to explode for the loud and obviously tired. They were outside the town, far more remote than his known home town here. He was excused for training at the first squad training camp and was moved here for a special case. First, the vice captain, Aisel, treated him as a pet as he trains, Then, the Captain, Amber also made him train over time until night time. And now, the Commander, Rojjan, made him train to his point, until he could almost die of exhaustion. "Remember. Why are you training? What are the reasons for what you are doing?" he asked. Yes. He is training that time so he could save the land, their kingdom, Enchantria. And after that, he can go home. In exchange of his return to home, he needs to act as the hero of the kingdom. Well, honestly, there is not a perfect chance that they could help him home. Neither is he in doing his duty as the summoned hero. Now, they they are helping each other for the benefits of both sides. So they could achieve what they were aiming for. "Let your strength flow. Let it rushed within your soul, through your veins, and on your sight , " he said once again. He took a breath, feeling what they call strength. He opened his eyes and settled on the tree in abiut ten meters away from where they were standing. He carried his sword and made a swift slashed on the air. The wind blew in a thin way, striking towards that tree. The green and fresh leaves shattered and bursted like a confetti while dancingly fell to the ground. The air made a cut on the trunk, though it wasn't fully cut to the other side, it was deeper than what could he expect. "Amazing, Grey. It was already nine days since we started. I thought you won't have any improvements, " the commander commented. "Would you like to take a rest first?" he asked. "Can I? Already?" he asked. "Don't you want to? Are you perhaps enjoying your training? That you wanted to keep on going?" "No. I mean, I would love to take a rest," he said. "Come on. Let's check on the Captain," he said as they headed towards a small hut just around the corner of that wide land over a secret cave. The captain went with them every now and then so she could also read the books of witchery that the commander hid there for quite a while now. He found out that the captain did not really practice witchery back then for she was a year younger to be qualified as a witch. Their magic requires more energy that is why, only adults were allowed to perform such magics. But then, she only watched the adults summoning. Aside from summoning, witches were capable of making posions. They were the only beings in Enchantria who can enchant the said posions. They pray and their voices would give off magics. Though they cannot manipulate other powers like those of the royals. The three of them made an agreement that they would keep what they're doing to them and only them. Not even the king himself knows. Only him, the commander, and tge captain. Aisel left in charge of the first squad while they were away. Though he wasn't in formed of where exactly they are. Also, Dio knows they were on special mission. Even if his cousin did not know his identity yet. But he trusted him. They carefully head inside and they could hear Amber uttering some chants from the black torn down moldy book in her hand. Her other hand was on the green liquid boiling just on the table in front of her. Upon uttering the last line of the page, the liquid slowly turned into dark blue and then to transparent. But then it went back to dark blue. Not long after there are smoke coming out of that liquid. "I think, I pronounced the chant wrong, " Amber mumbled as she slowly stepped back. They, too, stepped as her. The container began to shake like there was an earthquake. They can feel that there is really something wrong. The smoke stopped all of a sudden. As soon that they felt relieved, there came a burst of wide smoke that made them run towards the door to ge t out of the the hut. It wasn't just a smoke. It was the stinkiest smoke he could ever smell all his life. It was fouler than a bad breath, or a fart of a person who have not pooped for days, or a sewerage by the ide of road. "What the hell was that ?! " Grey asked. "It was the first posion I did my entire life," she said. " I may be need to start the most basic. Because pronouncing even a single syllable leads to other effects." "Captain?" asked the commander. "Yes?" she answered. They looked at Rojjan who have the heaviest aura that time. "I think you need to do your stuffs outside next time," he said. Without hearing them agree, he ran towards the side of the land and bowed. Then, they heard him barfed. Is he vomiting? Now, he also needs to vomit. He feels his stomach rotating in every motion it could make. "Am I the real man here? " Amber mumbled as she looked at the two men racing to release any toxic inside their body. "I guess we'll be eating our lunch outside." One by one, they opened any windows and doors to eliminate the foul air inside. Amber started to prepare the fire to cook their food but then she felt something. "Is there something wro - - " Grey asked but Amber cut him off . "Shh! " he hissed. "I think I heard some thing." "I think too," the commander whispered. "Did someone find out about what we are doing? " Slowly, the two stepped closer by the tall bushes by the entrance of the area. He can also see the leaves from the bushes moving. Did someone followed them? He, too, followed. But then, someone stood up from the bushes and made them stopped. "What are you doing here?" the commander asked with an unbelievable tone.
